The Space:

This three bedroom home has the following bedroom layout allowing and occupancy of up to eight:

Bedroom 1:Queen

Bedroom 2: Queen

Bedroom 3: King

Extra Sleeping: Queen pullout couch is attached to the king bedroom in the small sitting area and extra sleeping.



Coconut Palm has a fully equipped kitchen, cable TV, free wifi, private heated pool, access to a shared washer and dryer and a gas grill on the patio.



Guest Access:

Our contactless check-in procedure makes check-in easy. Guests will receive a personalized access code prior to check-in to enter the unit.



Shared features: The brick driveway is a shared walkway for all 3 units in the compound. There is also a communal washer/dryer in the driveway area along with the trash/recycle bins.



The Neighborhood:

Located on Whitehead St which is 1 block from world famous Duval St, "Coconut Palm" is walking distance to nearly everything you will want to experience during your escape to Key West. Walk to popular spots like The Southernmost Point, Key West Lighthouse, Blue Heaven, Firefly, Green Parrot and the Ernest Hemingway Home which are all just right down the street. Want to hit the beach? Head down to Ft Zach State Park & Beach and enjoy the crystal clear waters and beautiful quiet beaches for a small admission fee.



Getting Around:

Parking Information: There is no on-site parking for this unit. For overnight parking, here are some parking lot options:

• 204 Simonton Street

• Caroline Street Outdoor Parking Lot

• Park N Ride Old Town Garage

Street parking information:

• There are pay-to-park spots and meters - it is free from 12am - 8pm. There is a 3 day limit.

• The neighborhoods of Old Town offer some free parking spaces, but be aware that many of the spots are marked “Residential Only” and visitors are NOT permitted to park in them.



There are a variety of great ways to explore Key West including by bicycle, pedi-cab, Moke, scooter, golf cart, Uber, Taxi, or by feet. As this unit is located in downtown Key West, many attractions are within walking distance. Feel free to ask us for recommendations!



Other Things to Note:

- There are 2 washer/dryers on site: one located just off of the back deck and one in the driveway.

- Along with this three bedroom rental you can also reserve the Southern Palms Compound which includes: two additional studios (one is located upstairs and the other is separate on the property). Reserving the entire compound can allow for up to 16 guests.

- Pets Policy: Pets are welcome!

Our requirements are as follows:

•40lb maximum per pet

•$25/per night

•2 pet maximum

- Pool is private to you and your guests only - please note it is not heated.
