It is a little confusing to find the property and the parking and where to load and unload our belongs but the stay was very enjoyable. I love walking downtown to Mallory Square and Duval Street. I would have liked it better if the front door had a shutter or blind on it. “

„Definitely not luxury as listed. It is great for location. Needs to be upgraded. couches lumpy could feel every spring-could not sleep on them so only 2 beds as options. both bedroom door handles falling off and shower leaking. never set our apartment code, so number in text didn't work. gate code worked but who knows how many others could have accessed our place. TV didn't work unless you had your own direct TV account. Greased front railing-with no sign to warn guests.“

„The Cottage at James House was perfect for our needs! Up to this point we have always stayed inside the Truman Annex. This location was perfect being just off of Duval Street and close to the Key West Marina. We enjoyed the extra space that the cottage gave us as compared to a hotel room. The covered sitting area in the private space outside was perfect for morning coffee and conversation. “
