Thank you, there are no water stains just spots where repairs we complete prior to repainting but clean. Our facilities are continuously undergoing maintenance and we regret this unset your stay, had you informed our staff we could have addressed your concerns and offered you an alternative accommodation.

Thank you FYI the toilet seat is the appropriate commercial seat, the bathroom windows are closed for security, our breakfast is available daily from 730am to 930am and our pricing is by far the lowest in the area. Camp sites charge more.
