Das Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Wir wurden noch mal hin, wenn wir in Nairobi sind buchen bzw weiter empfehlen. Hyatt place Nairobi ist Ca. 20min von SGR Nairobi Terminus und JKIA airport entfernt über Bypass 0 Stau/Stressfrei Gegenüber dem Hotel ist eine Große Shopping Mall Sarit Center**** Das Restaurant im Hotel war suuuper nur Empfehlenswert . Everything was perfect apart from the slow internet in Room 812 that i was not expecting in a 5 Star Hotel

The staff was outstanding and very very friendly. The Pool was big, I liked the Restaurants and the food was very nice. The room was also very nice. For breakfast they had everything. From Egg to Fruits.

Super schönes Hotel und ein sehr herzliches und hilfsbereites Personal! Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Essen hat sehr gut geschmeckt und der Pool auf dem Dach ist auch zu empfehlen! Gerne wieder!

Das Neptune Camp ist sehr zu empfehlen. Wir hatten Zelt Nr. 9 und hatten einen fantastischen Blick auf den Mara River und konnten die Nilpferde aus der Dusche oder vom Bett aus beobachten. Das Zelt ist sehr großzügig und schön eingerichtet. Vor dem Zelt gibt es eine Veranda, auf der man verweilen kann. Jedes Zelt hat einen Butler, der sich um alle Belange kümmert. I was sceptic since the pictures online hinted it was an older property, which is is but the Hotel is very well maintained, the staff very friendly and helpful! The gym and pool is great the whole pool area has a very nice ambient vibe to it and the restaurant food was very tasteful! Highly recommend this Hotel

The best choice in Nairobi away from unpersonal chain hotels. At Acacia we really felt home. The rooms are decorated with a lot of attention to the detail. The matress is amazing (by far the best we had on our trip!). And the best thing is: you are doing something good for the people. The proceeds are used in the New Hope projects in the Kibera neighbourhood. Thanks especially to the lovely and welcoming staff! We will be back :)

We spent our first nights in Kenya here and it was exactly what we were looking for. Arranged for airport pickup. Great accommodation that is ask very child friendly. We stayed in the luxury tent. Friendly staff, delicious food.
