Absolut zu empfehlen!
Das Hotel direkt am Strand. Das Personal durchweg in allen Abteilungen sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und sehr sauber. Das Essen ist ausgewogen und abwechslungsreich. Unser Dank gilt allen Mitarbeitern, die dazu beigetragen haben, das wir einen erholsamen Urlaub hatten. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!!!

First I didn’t get the room from Expedia , it didn’t work and not appear on the hotel system, my husband in person paid for one night TL 5000. Time for checking from 2pm to 12 am , i called many times to cancel it

We had double room with a sea view. There was no light bulbs in the first one and sockets near the beds.. Foods are the same every day, there's no scissors, iron and etc. which should be exist because it's a 5* all inclusive hotel. Cleaning of the rooms were poor, pool is very dirty, male staff is always trying to flirt with female quests, even if they have male partners, who for example has gone to the WC. Drinks are not original (Jack Daniels, JB, Jameson et .), original ones are only in lobby and they charge for them. We've even experienced the closing of 24/7 bar, because we didn't give tip to bartender. After tip they allowed us to stay in the bar... There's too much similar things but I would never suggest this place, because some 3* hotels in Kemer are better than this 5*.

The food variety was great. Wish there were some hand sanitizers in the main restaraunt. The beach is very nice with adequate number of sunbeds and shade.

Så där, kommer inte vilja åka dit igen
Det var under vår förväntningar. Hotell är fint i sig och ligger jättebra läge. Men mycket var gammalt, behövs renoveras snarast, dåligt rumstädning och allmänt utrymme var inte heller så fräsch. Personalen var inte alls trevliga och speciellt de som jobbade receptionen. Jag saknade leende. Kanske berodde på att det va lite personal för så många gäster. För att hotellet var full med folk. Ibland var det svårt hitta plats i matsalen på middagar. Maten var väldigt bra. Underhållningar både dag och natt, barnshow var jätte bra och personalen som jobbade med det var också trevliga och hjälpsamma. Generellt va vi nöjda om man bort se de bitarna, men hade önskat att de förbättrat sig så att man ska vilja åka tillbaka igen.

Hôtel sympa avec des équipements complets ( hormis salle de musculation à rénover ) Buffet et nourriture de bonne qualité Animateurs sympa, souriant et chaleureux Voir pour ne pas mettre toutes les activités aux mêmes heures et en proposer un peu plus ( foot/basket /activité piscine ) Chambre correct et personnel agréable Point négatif de notre séjour à la boutique de la piscine : se voir proposer de gonfler la bouée de notre fille pour 4 euros car pas acheté chez lui :( Personne très désagréable et suspicieuse

DO NOT TRUST Sahin ( Night shift manager ), he doesn't honor his word. We were looking for general manager during our 8 days stay and we were not able to talk to him/her. Ladies in front desk are so fake and they ignore us when we asked them about general manager. To Fun&Sun family comfort beach general manager: PLEASE GET OUT OF YOUR OFFICE SOMETIMES AND WALK AROUND TO SEE HOW YOUR PEOPLE ARE TREATING THE CUSTOMERS. I am not sure about turkish people but american customers care a lot about hotel reviews. there was a guyby front desk who worked night shift, and the only person who speaks english, he was the only one who helped us alot and he was very frindly

A good family all inclusive hotel. Vast majority of guests are from Russia. Hotel is starting to look a bit dated probably due to Covid. The amount to plastic being used for drinks etc is very high and not very eco friendly. Staff were very good.

It was a horrible stay. I never stayed at a hotel this nasty before. There was roaches all over this hotel. I couldn’t close my eyes for one minute with out seeing a cockroach the rooms don’t look like the pictures. The a/c barely worked. The place smells like stinky people and not breathable. The only good thing I got out of this hotel was the bar tender Ali ozgu he was the only nice one and spoke to us like we were humans. The rest were racists and had there noses up to high and couldn’t even speak proper English. Started speaking in Turkish until they realized my husband speaks Turkish. They looked stupid. This hotel is a waste of money. And I never leave a review but that’s how horrible my stay was. I got home with bites all over my body. And I had to throw my luggage outside because I was scared of bed bugs

You may think twice before booking a room
Sun, there is for sure. Fun? Think of this twice before booking your holiday at this hotel. It started with a rude behavior of the security guy who does not simply know how to welcome the guests in kind words... Reception kept me waiting about 45 mins, saying that they have not received my payment info from hotels.com, and trying to get the details of my reservation. In the hotel there is a clear discrimination between if you being family/couple or a single traveler when it comes to welcome you or using a kind language. I don't recommend it to stay here for anyone traveling single especially. For families this hotel is always an option with its competitive pricing. Otherwise you may always give it a try and risk your vacation by choosing this hotel. +Service was good, HK and F&B department work hard and well. They are at least smiling young people doing their best, thanks to each of them! Wifi worked amazingly perfect in my room, this was a huge advantage for me. Beach side was good, activities too. Restaurant was average but with a lot of different selections that can make anyone satisfied. Long story in short, Not everything was bad but still I wish I had spent my 3days of holiday somewhere else... My first time to rate a hotel this much low however the main reason of why I do it is that I honestly did not feel very good while I stayed there.

Отель хороший. Питание разнообразное и вкусное. Территория ухоженная и зелёная. Пляж- мелкая круглая галька. Все чудесно, но.... ОЧЕНЬ ГРОМКО МУЗЫКА И АНИМАЦИЯ. Окна нельзя открыть. Нет тишины ни днем, ни ночью. Отель заявляет как семейный. Но трудно представить, как маленьких деток укладывать спать при такой громкости музыки. Это бум - бум- бум до поздней ночи, мешает отдыхать. Если вам потусить - то может и понравится, хотя репертуар одинаковый каждый день. Аниматоры - молодцы! работали хорошо, старались и развлекали. Ещё проблема - отсутствие свободных лежаков на пляже. Надо назначить персонал, чтоб следили и освобождали от вещей и полотенец лежаки, которые некоторые особо одаренные занимают с утра и могут до вечера не появиться на пляже. А другие люди вынуждены размещаться на гальке. Эту проблему должно решить руководство отеля. А так вцелом отель хороший. Но мы больше в него не вернёмся.

Уважаемая Olena !При желании наших гостей звук музыки уменьшался.А гостям с маленькими детьми и любым другим желающим, выдавались номера расположенные подальше от Анфитеатра. В предстоящем сезоне, на пляже будет второй ряд навесов, а также будет увеличено количество лежаков и зонтов.Благодарим Вас за отзыв.
