It is a 10 minute drive to the NJ Transit train that will take you directly to Asbury Park, Red Bank and Point Pleasant to the South and Newark airport and NYC to the north. The ferry to NYC is less than a 10 minute drive and will get you there in 40 minutes. The bedrooms feature 1 queen bed and 2 full beds. With 2 bathrooms equipped with showers and hair dryers, getting ready for the day is a breeze. Or take a step back in time for a long soak in our art deco bath. The additional living room space with 2 futons provide extra comfort and relaxation and a large screen TV for you to cast your favorite shows or sports. The small living room has a beautiful fire place and a small TV. The large eat in kitchen has a gas stove as well as a coffee maker, convention oven/toaster, and a Keurig. The backyard has a hammock for two, a hammock chair, and a fire pit where you can end a great day on an Adirondack chair. The porch has two old time rockers and a wooden swing where you can watch the four seasons and live your suburban dream. The house was built in 1923 and has the original radiator heaters for a cozy, old fashioned feeling. The house is less than a 10 minute walk to the beach, and Henry Hudson bike and running path. It is a 20 minute walk to the amusement park and water park. It is steps away from numerous restaurants and bars. The beach hosts numerous events like free beach concerts, free beach movies, fireworks, beach yoga, a volleyball league, and events like floatopia. The Bayshore is a perfect place to paddle board, kayak, her ski, or just relax on the beach and take in the incredible skyline of NYC. The Henry Hudson trail is an excellent place to run or ride your bike to neighboring beach communities all on the safe and scenic path.
