Didelė jauki svetainė. Miegamasis ir du mažesni kambariai su išskleidžiamomis dvivietėmis sofomis. Bute laisvai gali įsikurti didelė šeima ar net 7-8 žmonių kompanija, nes ir svetainėje esanti sofa pritaikyta miegojimui. Veikia WiFi. Butas yra jaukioje gatvelėje, netoli Žaliakalnio turgaus.

Large cozy living room. Bedroom and two smaller rooms with pull-out double sofas. The apartment can accommodate a large family or even a company of 7-8 people, as the sofa in the living room is suitable for sleeping. Wi-Fi works. The apartment is located in a cozy street, near the Žaliakalnis market.

The Neighborhood:
Smagu pasivaikščioti mažomis gatvelėmis ir per 15 minučių nusileisti vienu seniausiu Europoje funikulieriumi ir nukeliauti iki miesto centro ar senamiesčio. Netoliese keli prekybos centrai – Iki, Šilas, Žaliakalnio turgavietė.

It's fun to walk through the small streets and in 15 minutes you can take one of the oldest cable cars in Europe and go to the city center or the old town. Several shopping centers are nearby - Iki, Šilas, Žaliakalnis market place.

Getting Around:
Patogus susisiekimas miesto transportu, autobusų – troleibusų stotelė tik už 3 minučių kelio nuo buto. Pagrindinė pėsčiųjų gatvė – Laisvės Alėja taip pat netoliese. Ten pamatysite naują Laimingų Žmonių aikštę. Jeigu pasiilgote jaukaus ramaus poilsio tylioje aplinkoje, ramių pasivaikščiojimų ir pabuvimo mieste, ši vieta kaip tiks Jums. O jei norite aktyvesnio laiko praleidimo, tai surasite miesto centre ir senamiestyje. Mieste veikia daugybė kavinių, restoranų, naktinių klubų, parodų galerijų. Kaunas didžiuojasi didžiausiomis ir moderniausiomis Lietuvoje Žalgirio Sporto Arena ir Nauju Futbolo stadionu. Šalia stadiono yra didžiulis Ąžuolyno parkas, kuriame smagu pasivaikščioti ir pasigėrėti naujai įrengtais takais su efektingu apšvietimu.

Convenient access by city transport, a bus-trolley bus stop is only 3 minutes away from the apartment. The main pedestrian street - Laisvės Allėja is also nearby. There you will see the new Happy People Square. If you miss a cozy rest in a quiet environment, quiet walks and being in the city, this place will suit you. And if you want to spend your time more actively, you will find it in the city center and the old town. There are many cafes, restaurants, night clubs, exhibition galleries in the city. Kaunas is proud of the largest and most modern Žalgiris Sports Arena in Lithuania and the New Football Stadium. Next to the stadium, there is a huge Đžuolynas park, where it is fun to walk and admire the newly installed paths with effective lighting.
