„This was my second time staying at Kathmandu Cityhill. The building is located close enough to the Thamel tourist district but off the main road so less noise and dust. The staff are always helpful when requests are made and everything is kept clean. Would return again. “

„I liked the staff and how hospitable they were. Also liked the location with taxis in walking distance. I am sure the property itself will feel nicer once its completely renovated. Would love to stay again once they complete the work.“

„When we arrived theres no room, they sold it to other people, and they choosed another hotel for us to stay, wanted us to pay ourself for the other hotel by canceling the booking by their own without asking us first!! Very bad!!“
