„よく受付にいるマネージャーさんが、本当に親切で優しく会うたびに声をかけてくれて、困っていないか確認してくれました。Pathaoというネパールのウーバみたいなやつは、毎回電話がかかってくるのですが私の代わりに毎回対応して話してくれました。お水も毎日1リットルを、2本もらえルームサービスも美味しかったです。近くにコンビニもあり、タメル地区のレストランやお店もすぐですが、1本小道に入っているのでとても静かです。 あと、何気に洗面所にスリッパがあって大活躍でした。そういう心遣いがうれしいホテルです。 The hotel manager is very very kind and friendly.He always care about me and helped a lot. location is nice go anywhere and for shopping/dinner too but also calm.l’m looking forward to visiting again.See you soon“

„Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Tolle Lage - mitten im Thamel und dabei in einer ruhigen Gasse. In der Nähe Mandala Street, wo man gut schmackhaft essen kann. Das Zimmer war im heruntergekommen Zustand. Keine Hygiene Artikel, nicht mal eine kleine Seife. Die Fenster liessen sich nur mit viel Mühe schliessen. “

„It was my second time staycation at this hotel where i booked 2 rooms for my family and the experience i had was awful. The ground workers were super friendly and adorable however, receptionist and owners behaviour was like if you want to stay then stay or go away.
