Dear Yasuhiko, Namaste from Hotel Jay Suites team! On the day of your departure, you were in a hurry and wanted your breakfast quick. We expedited the cooking process and were about to bring out the breakfast to you is when you stood up and went to the room without having your breakfast. You sat in the restaurant for about 7 minutes then you stood up and left. We did not understand what happened, so we called you at the room and asked if we could bring breakfast to the room, you said no and immediately left the hotel. we are still in awe about this. Anyways, our team would like to thank you for staying with us.

Dear Lucas, Namaste from hotel Jay Suites! We would like to thank you for staying with us. Checking room at the time of check-out is part of the check-out procedure every hotel follows. We were surprised to see you get so mad over this. Everything was fine until the front desk associate asked you politely to have a seat at the lobby so that she could have housekeeping check the room, and then check you out. You stayed with us from October 18-23. During your stay, you never mentioned once that there was anything wrong in the room. I personally asked you if there was any problem and you always said everything was great in the room. You even said that you will refer Hotel Jay Suites to your friends and colleagues because you had an wonderful stay. Just because you got mad over checking your room, you made things up about towel being dirty, and comforter being torn. Our housekeeping department makes sure that all the linens are intact and clean. Thank you!
