starke Unterschiede innherlab des Hotels
Laut Internet handelt es sich um ein 4 Sterne Hotel. Hierzu muss man aber sagen, dass teile der Hotelanlage einem 4 Sterne Hotel gerecht werden, andere sich jedoch nicht einmal 2 Sterne verdient haben. Bei den Standard Zimmer gibt es große Qualitätsunterschiede. Wir hatten ein Zimmer welches eher einer Garage glich. Nach Beschwerde bei der Rezeption wurden wir am nächsten Tag in ein anderes Zimmer gebucht. Service lässt zu Wünschen übrig, auch ist das Frühstück lediglich Durchschnitt. Wenn man hier bucht sollte man anmerken, dass man ein Zimmer im inneren der Anlage möchte und keines der Standardzimmer am Parkplatz!

Die Villen sind im allgemeinen schön und sehr ruhig. Die Zimmer sind nur etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Vielleicht bin ich zu anspruchsvoll, aber ich hätte mir eine gepflegtere Umgebung gewünscht.

Super Zimmer, Schöner und sauberer Pool, gut Engl.
Die Villa Deluxe war sehr geräumig und sauber, Pool und Anlage wurden Täglich gesäubert. Das Personal am Empfang spricht sehr gut Englisch. Das Frühstück ist für deutsche Verhältnisse sehr schlecht und wird nur unregelmäßig bis gar nicht aufgefüllt. Lage ist nicht weit vom Strand entfernt und Fussläufig sehr schnell erreichbar in Notfall gibt es ein Shuttel express.

Das Hotel ist schon ganz schön in die Jahre gekommen und scheinbar wird nichts mehr investiert. Offensichtlich auch nich notwendig, da die Besucher fast ausschlieslich aus chinesischen Reisegruppen bestehen. Letztere kommen und gehen fast täglich, bleiben maximal villeicht 3 Tage. Da brauch man die Einrichtung, Hotel, Zimmer usw. Nicht pflegen. Einrichtung ist sehr abgewohnt, Zimmer haben teilweise Schimmel, unser erstes haben wir daher gewechselt, unzumutbar. Die Sauberkeit läßt ebenfalls sehr zu wünschen übrig. Jeden Tag wird etwas vergessen sauber zu machen oder zu wechseln (z. B. HANDTÜCHER, BETTWÄSCHE. Unter dem Bett und im Spülschrank wurde wohl nie geputzt. Personal ist zwar freundlich, kümmert sich aber oftmals erst nach mehrfachen Nachfragen um ein anliegen. Unsere Transportanfrage zum Taxiservice des Hotels wurde mit dem Hinweis, wir mögen ein Taxi vor Ort nehmen abgelehnt. Der Blick aus den hinteren Fenster der villa zeigt eine graue und hohe Steinmauer, man fühlt sich fast wie im Knast. Bloss die Gardinen dort zu lassen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war Ok, wobei wir auch schon gegorene Milch und faulige Kräuter hatten. Die liegen und Sonnenschirme am Pool fallen teilweise schon auseinander. Usw. Usw.

Top Hotel jederzeit empfehlenswert
Zimmer 243 mit Poolzugang direkt vom Zimmer aus absolut genial, eigene kleine Terrasse Zimmer groß und gut ausgestattet, Minibar kühlt den ganzen Tag auch wenn der Zimmerschlüssel nicht eingesteckt ist, hatten auch schon andere. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, egal bei was, notfalls benutzen sie auch mal ihr privates Handy um z.B. nach dem Transfer zu fragen. Roller hatten wir auch direkt vom Hotel gemietet, günstig und problemlos, relativ neu ca. 2000 km und somit auch keine Probleme damit. Es gibt einen kostenlosen Transfer zum Strand und zurück. Auch beim Frühstück werden "machbare" Wünsche gerne erfüllt.

Entspannter Urlaub in Kata Beach
Ein Pool Access Zimmer im Kata Lucky eignet sich besonders, wenn man neben den Strandaufenthalten einfach mal in Ruhe relaxen möchte und dennoch auf kleine Abkühlungen zwischendurch nicht verzichten möchte. Aufgrund der Lage ist es von Vorteil ein Motorbike zu mieten, um die Umgebung mit weiteren schönen Stränden und einigen Sehenswürdigkeiten individuell auskundschaften zu können. Die Zimmereinrichtung im Pool Access dürfte gerne mal erneuert respektive modernisiert werden.

Sehr durchwachsener Aufenthalt - für Kurztrip ok
Die Bungalowanlage liegt ca. 10 Gehminuten vom Zentrum sowie Strand entfernt. Ein stündlicher, kostenloser Shuttleservice wird vom Hotel tagsüber angeboten. Der Bungalow hat eine kleiner Terrasse mit 2 Liegestühlen mit bei, was gerade Abends zum draussen sitzen einlädt. Das Innere des Bungalows ist leider das Gegenteil, bei uns waren abgewohnte, teilweise beschädigte Möbel vorhanden. Die offene Dusche erinnert vom Stil her eher an ältere Zeiten und auch das was an Menge aus dem Brausekopf kommt bestätigt das Alter bzw. den Zustand. Viel mehr als ein Tröpfeln kam da nicht raus. In der Mitte der Anlage ist ein geschwungener Pool, der in einem Abteil auch mehrere Whirlpooldüsen integriert hat. Der Pool war klein aber sauber. Zum planschen geht das, für Schwimmer eher nicht. Das Frühstück erinnert dann eher an ein 1-Sterne Hotel. Sehr geringe Auswahl. Lediglich Toast, 2 Marmeladen, keine Wurst oder Käse. Alles in allem kann man sagen, dass das Hotel für den Preis von 60 Euro/Nacht ok war. Nochmal würde ich jedoch auf keinen Fall her kommen, alleine wegen der Lage und dem was im Ort geboten wird, bzw. nicht geboten wird. Wer nur ein Zimmer braucht und dann morgens ohne Frühstück an den Strand gefahren werden will, um dann im Meer zu baden ist hier sicher gut aufgehoben.

Schoenes Hotel in Phukett
Das Hotel ist relativ einfach zu finden. Die Anlage ist sehr schoen. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten sowohl eine Villa als auch ein normales Zimmer. Beides hat uns vom Platz und der Ausstattung gut gefallen. Die Zimmer waren sauber und gepflegt. Einzig ausgerechnet in der Villa stand ein alter Roehrenfernseher anstelle eines Flachbildschirms. Diesen hatten wir dann aber in dem "normalen" Zimmer. Verkehrte Welt. Die Poolanalge ist sehr schoen und wurde von uns taeglich in anspruch genommen. Die Massagen im Hotel sind auch gut und professionell und unterscheiden sich im Preis nicht gross von denen ausserhalb. Das Essen ist Hotelmaessig etwas teuer und es empfiehlt sich das Restaurant genau gegenueber auf der anderen Strassenseite zu besuchen. Guter Service, sehr gutes Essen und fuer Phukett ein sehr guter Preis. Wir wuerden wieder hier einchecken wenn wir noch einmal nach Phukett kommen. Die Gegend ist ueberigens etwas abgelegen von der Partymeile und somit mehr etwas fuer Familien mit Kindern oder Menschen die einfach ausspannen wollen. Gute Reise!

Sehr gepflegtes Hotel
Das Hotel ist sehf gelflegt. Wir hatten ein großes Zimmer (mit einem sehr großen Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Dusche) und mit eigenem Poolzugang gebucht. Der Poolzugang isr sehr zu empfehlen, es gibt dann auch noch wunderschöne Liegeplätze zwischen den Pools. Zusätzlich noch ein öffentliches Pool mit Poolbar, das wir nie benüzt habe . Alles im allen eine wunderschöne Anlage mit vielen Palmen und Blumen. Wir würden dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen.

Mittelmäßiges Hotel
Wir hatten ein Deluxe Bungalow gebucht und waren geschockt von dem Zustand. Ein dunkles, dreckiges "Loch" mit toten Insekten in den Schränken. Es war unser zweiter Urlaub in Thailand und ich bin eigentlich nicht penibel...aber das war selbst mir zu eklig. Die erste Nacht konnte ich Null schlafen. Am nächsten Tag sprach ich die Dame an der Rezeption an. Zum Glück waren noch pool Access villa frei, sodass wir umziehen konnten.... Mit Aufpreis versteht sich. Unsere Kritik war der Dame recht egal....wie heißt es so schön: Land des Lächelns....die Dame lächelte nur darüber. Die pool Access villa war sehr hell freundlich und modern. Also diese kann ich echt empfehlen. Roller im Hotel Mieten kostet 200 Bath am Tag und klappt reibungslos. Gegenüber ist chai's restaurant- da müsst ihr hin!!! Chai und seine Cousine Fome sind so herzlich und toll!! Das Frühstück im Hotel ist langweilig einseitig...kein Käse und sehr wenig Obst. Also jeden Tag Toast und Ei :-D Fazit: "passt schon, aber es geht echt besser" Ach und der Strand ist recht voll (nebensaison) und ca 7 Minuten uu Fuß entfernt.

The property was very quiet even though it is on a main street. However it is set a long way back so in our room there was no traffic noise. Breakfast offered a good selection of foods but some different cereal would have been nice not just the same 2 choice every day. The breakfast room was VERY HOT. There was no a/c and sometimes the fans were not on. Our room was very clean and modern with quite a large bathroom with a bath and walk in shower ie no glass door which was great. We had to remind housekeeping to clean our room twice in a 6 day stay which was not good. Also the Front Desk staff were, at times, rather abrupt in their interactions with us. I know they were busy but not always. The free shsuttle to and from the beach was very handy. It's aboiut a 10 - 12 minute walk to the start of the main beach area. There are plenty of restaurants nearby.

Beautiful area and the garden villa was fantastic - large, clean, very nice. The central pool area was also amazing, however is not suitable for noisy children. The menu and bar are fine - not too expensive. When I first booked this villa, I made a mistake in the booking - we contacted the hotel immediately and they refused to allow us to cancel that booking and rebook with the amendment - this is extremely poor service - shows no trust for the customer - so be very careful when booking or trying to make changes with them. Likewise when renting the scooter, I was short 250 baht for the day hire (about 10 dollars) after paying 1000 baht deposit and they refused to put it on the room tab, or allow me to pay later in the day, or to use my credit card - i had to go out and find an ATM so I could pay them cash immediately - again this is terrible customer service, particularly from the motorbike/taxi hire guy. The welcome/reception staff, although nice, did not really give us any information about the facilities, such as where the gym was etc. Customer service needs to be improved here, so people can enjoy the villas to their full potential. Also, the wifi constantly dropped out which was frustrating.

Ett bra hotell som skulle behöva en uppfräschning
Slitet på sina ställen men bra restaurang och bra priser. Underbart med pool access från altanen från alla rum. Ingen mini bar men ett riktigt kyl/frys skåp. Trevlig personal men inte lika översvallande som jag är van.Shutle bussar till beachen nästan varje timme. Då vi var tvunga att lämna hotellet 03.00 så fick vi en frukost låda som var helt ok.Ett allvarligt problem som vi upplevde var att det blir glas halt i toaletten när det är vatten på golvet.

Dont book.
The place is undergoing a heavy reconstruction on half of the area. So a bit noisy. The rest ,where we lived is in bad need of a total makeover too. Craxks in everything, broken wok on sundeck, broken tiles, sharp and dangerous. Lamps in room broken too. The seats on sunchairs need to b renewed too. Molded and rotten. Staff was friendly, breakfast was as expected and totaly Ok. Easy checkin/out Sorry, but i cannot recomend this to anyone u til the whole hotel is remade and fixed. The pool and areas was infested with catepillars wich fell into pool too. Shirt walk to Kata beach, a bit dangerous due to traffic, but close to familymart and so. The owner of this hotel has got another new hotel namely Aurico Kata and we have upgrade the package to this hotel. For budgetary limit, Karon villa pool access is a right choice. However if you can spend a little bit more, I highly recommend Aurico Kata.

Lugn läge
Hade poolaccess vilket var jättefint eftersom poolen är väldigt liten. Rent och fräscht på rummet och trevlig personal med en fin rumsservice. Dåligt med solstolar. Lugnt och tyst. Badbuss om dagarna till stranden vilket var bra då promenaden dit var lite riskfylld utan trottoarer. Lite för likt Gran Canaria för vår del. Många ryssar och asiater på hotellet.

Отель очень понравился, даже не ожидала. Мы отдыхали 11 ночей с 1 по 12 марта, по типу номера брали виллу. Номер отличный с большой открытой и закрытой верандой, закрытая веранда оборудована как Кухня и гостиная , есть 2 кресла, журнальный и обеденный стол, холодильник, кухонные шкафчики, электрочайник. На открытой веранде 2 кресла и столик. В комнате есть телевизор, шкаф для одежды, большая удобная кровать. Ванная комната большая. Вилла -это одноэтажные домики на 2 семьи с разными входами. Территория отеля с виллами просто шикарная, очень Зеленая, есть небольшой бассейн и хороший тренажёрный зал. Территория с вилами с выходом к бассейн отдельная от территории с просто виллами и мне она понравилась меньше, там меньше зелени. Уборка номеров каждый день, меняют постель и полотенца в т с и пляжные, Уборка хорошая. Завтрака в ближайшем от отеля ресторане, т е не отельный ресторан. Завтраки скудные и однообразные, но 10 дней выдержать можно. От отеля до пляжа Ката идти 12-15 минут, не близко, но нас это не напрягало. В целом отель очень не плохой и учитывая стоимость нашего проживания , все просто отлично!

Lugnt och fint boende för par och familjer
Hotellområdet är vackert, lugnt och avkopplande. Det ligger ca 10 min promenad från Kata Beach. Det finns grattis shuttle till stranden varje heltimme om man inte vill gå. Det är billigare att boka taxi via hotellet än ta en vid taxistationen om man vill åka till Karon eller göra en utflykt. Vi bodde 3 vuxna i en rymlig bungalow (Delux Villa), och det var gott om plats. Tyvärr lät AC:n mycket, så jag behövde öronproppar. Extra sängen var stenhård, men jag lyckades få en bäddmadrass till den. Då blev den drägligare. De två ordinarie sängarna var ok. Alla tre sängarna var queen size. Bungalowen hade ett litet kök och ett rymligt kylskåp. Ingen köksutrustning, men en vattenkokare. På vägen mot stranden finns det många små, bra och billiga thairestauranger, de är betydligt bättre än de vid den större vägen som går parallelt med stranden. Hotellets pool är liten, men helt OK för en avkopplande stund. Det finns en bar vid poolen, och det är enkelt att beställa dit mat god från hotellets restaurang. Jag testade deras chicken satay, och det var nog den godaste jag åt på hela semester och jag åt det på många ställen. Frukosten var underbar. Det fanns färsk frukt, grönsaker, en kock som lagade omelett på beställning och stekte ägg och pannkakor. Det fanns även flera olika varma rätter, både thai och europeiska. Kaffet var gott.Gymmet var litet och inte så välutrustat, ett par löpbandan, hyfsat med hantlar, en skrotfärdig smithmaskin och några rangliga maskiner. Tyvärr inga skivstänger.

Perfekt - med enkelt "error"
Fantastisk ophold. Vi valgte at flytte fra patong Beach, da vi gerne ville have mere ro. Det fik vi her. Eneste minus var dog de enormt mange gruppe dag kinesiske turister som desværre havde tendens til, at opføre sig som om de ejede det hele (fx bruge vores private terrasse mm). Dette skal dog ikke trække hotellet ned da de jo ikke kan gøre for det.

Paradise in the far east
