„Everything was fine except the environment, that's only business offices, that are closed after business hours, so the few restaurant, that are there, also close at 9pm. There's literally nothing there except for one or two 7/11 in walking distance, but the hotel and their staff fully compensate for the lack of entertainment and dining facilities“

Man kann das Hotel bequem über eine Brücke von der Bahn aus erreichen. Die Rezeption ist im 41 Stock. Die Zimmer sind hell und sehr komfortabel. Die Betten....mega bequem. Es gibt in dem 40 Stock ein Pool und ein Fitnessraum für den erholsamen Teil der Reise. Ebenso verfügt das Hotel über ein Bar mit toller Aussicht und einem sehr gutem Restaurant (Michelin ausgezeichnet) mit einem tollen Essen in entspannter Atmosphäre.Die Anbindung zu den Petronas Towern ist simpel. Einfach in die Bahn und sechs Stationen bei KLCC wieder aussteigen. Dir Fahrt dauert ca 15 min. Fazit....alles was man braucht ...."
"Check in war erst ab 14 Uhr obwohl ich 2x per email angefragt hatte für einen früheren Zugang, da wir eine frühe Ankunft hatten. Leider keine Rückmeldung. so haben wir 2 std gewartet.
Am Pool gibt es schöne Scheiben als auch Glastüren zur Bar...man kann schöne Bilder machen. leider waren die Scheiben beschmiert...wäre gut wenn diese mal geputzt würden.

"Vom Check-In bis zum Check-Out ein perfekter Aufenthalt. Trotz Frühanreise bekamen wir sehr schnell unser Zimmer. Das Personal ist durchweg sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer ist geräumig und es fehlt an Nichts. Sauberkeit ist im ganzen Hotel sehr gross geschrieben. Wir haben das Gastro Restaurant dem Abendbuffet vorgezogen, da es für uns gemütlicher und das Essen hervorragend ist. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist eines der besten, das wir bisher hatten. Die Auswahl ist riesig und auch die frisch gepressten Säfte nach Wahl sind sehr gut.
Die Lage des Hotels ist für uns ideal, da man überall schnell hinkommt, per Monorail, KLIA (Flughafen-Express) oder Taxi.
