„Old Showa style minimalistic ryokan, but the room for 5 was spacepus (double room) and the tatami beds and beddings arw comfortable. Self-service to put the futon (which was no problem for us). Power plugs and Wifi were abundant. We were fine with steps but for eldery or disabled it may be a challenge. The hot spring bath was nice. The temperature may be on a hot side but i think it is pretty standard. The tub was indeed made of wood (I assume hinoki).The place seemed to have a fair number of ...

„Everything was verygood. Facilities are well maintained but could usee some upgrades. Food were good to very good-Staffs are excellent. Our wish is at least one english speaking channel on TV. Thanks the Owner and staffs for our good time “

„This is out of town, but I’m a sucker for traditional onsen ryokan. This place has aged well, rooms are spacious, there is a private onsen on the top floor for 40min usage, and there are a couple of great restaurants 10mins walking distance around. Lawson out the front. Staff were excellent. Only stayed 1 night but would go back. Great if you have a car.“
