„ホテルは清潔でオシャレで立地も源泉掛け流し温泉も朝夕の食事も良かったですが、何よりもスタッフが最高のホテルです。 チェックイン時に次の日の予定の話なり、雲海を見たいがどこがお勧めか？と問うとフロントスタッフ本人は知らなかったらしく奥にいるスタッフに聞いて色々教えてくれました。ビックリしたのはその後温泉に行くのにフロントを通り掛かるとさっきのスタッフが声を掛けて下さり再度雲海情報を山程教えてくれたのです。チェックインから1時間ほどてしたがその間親身になって色々私のために調べてくれたんです。これってまさにスタッフというよりコンシェルジュてすよね。 次の日の食事の時には「とうでしたか？雲海は？」とまた気にかけて下さり無事に見る事が叶った旨伝えて写真を見せると　自分の事のように喜んでくださいました。 いやあ、本当に楽しかったです。是非リピートしたいホテルです。“

„Its a very good hotel with a fantastic onsen a great view and in the near of the shinotaka ropeway. They gave us free bycicles to go there. The only thing I didn't check properly was to book breakfast and dinner. In the middle of nowhere it is impossible to buy food out of season. So we had to order breakfast and dinner which cost the same as two nights in this hotel. Maybe it was a little naive but I whished that expedia or the hotel would inform us about the missing of a supermarket or ...
