„An extremely (!) friendly check-in let me feel at home from the first moment. The room was nicely furbished and the bed/matress very comfortable.
Two points for improvement:
- no ashtrays in the public spaces
- in an explicit airport hotel I'd expect something like small amenity kit containing a comb/hair brush etc.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to my next stay here.“

„Service und Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.....einfach TOP. Essen im Restaurant sehr gut. Frühstücksbüffet sehr spärlich aber gut, Personal war bemüht. Zu der Zeit unseres Aufenthaltes war das Hotel fast leer, daher gab es nicht immer Buffet. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert 👍“

„Our stay was amazing, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The staff took time to take us round that was very unique. I particularly like the tiling of the floors and walls.“

. Mosquito nets didn't fit well, probably not used much. Wifi and tv(dstv) didn't work.

Example: I was asked if I wanted my rental car washed, but I didn't feel that I needed that, so I said "no, thank you". A short time after the staff member was busy washing my car, and of course I paid him a few Kwacha. The morning I was about to leave, he again was washing my car (which didn't look dirty at all). „We needed a hotel near Chilenje and this one worked out very well! It was safe, clean, and comfortable, and the staff was very polite and accomodating. Hot breakfast was available every morning. We enjoyed our 4-night stay here very much!“

„Die Zimmereinrichtung entspricht nicht einem 5* Hotel, und müsste erneuert werden. Es wurde aber sehr gut gereinigt und mit Früchten und Drink-Wasser ausgestattet. Das Bett war sehr bequem.
Der Rest des Hotels ist einfach nur top: Qualität des Essens, der Dienstleistungen und der Atmosphäre. Erwähnenswert ist die ausserordentliche Motivation und Freundlichkeit der Crew. Sowas muss man erlebt haben!!! Wir fühlten uns hier vom Flugplatz weg bestens aufgehoben.“
