„Very friendly and helpful staff! Clean rooms, with everything needed. Nice and good located place to stay in Lusaka. We stayed there only 2 nights on the way to a rural sambian town. The staff was very helpful in organizing everything we needed for the trip, we also enjoyed some very nice chats about the country, culture and anything else. It was a pleasure!“

„There are two Kakwele Lodges. The one we stayed at was further from the airport in a back street of Lusaka, about a 20 minute drive. We were charged $15 for each of the 4 journeys to and from the airport, which I considered to be excessive. The room at the lodge was adequate, but a little cramped (especially the shower).
