Hot Tub rules:
To protect your own health and safety and the integrity of tub and linens, all guests must shower before and after using hot tub.
No pets of any kind or size in hot tub.
Please leave spa covers on and secured after use. Spa cover is for insulation only and is not designed to support weight. Please do not stand or sit on spa cover.

The Neighborhood:
Safe neighborhood with paved roads that are quick access to Joshua Tree downtown and quick 5-10 minute drive to Joshua Tree national park.

* Please be aware that parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited in this house. We prioritize the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all our guests, as well as our neighbors. We kindly request that you respect this policy during your stay. Failure to do so, will result in a 500 USD fine for guests.

* Additionally, any late check-out beyond the 15-minute grace period will incur a 100 USD fee.

* Please be aware that parking on the streets are not allowed in accordance with San Bernardino County parking regulations.

AMENITIES:
We provide a starter kit: towels, shampoo, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels & trash can liners.

ENTRY:
A keypad is located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. The personalized entry code will be provided to you 3 days before arrival.

OUTDOOR SPACE:
The whole backyard and front yard is fully fenced which allows for your pets to roam freely. The front yard features a fire pit, outdoor seating and hammocks overlooking the beautiful city. The backyard space features a propane fire pit, pool with a water slide, hot tub and swinging chairs overlooking mountain views!

PARKING:
The large driveway can comfortably accommodate up to 4 vehicles. Please note that parking on the street is not allowed.

THE LOCATION:
Access the property through paved roads in one of the most desireable and safest areas of Joshua Tree area. Short 5 minutes drive to downtown Joshua Tree and 10 minute drive to Joshua Tree National park. Proximity to EVERYTHING you need while still being within the privacy of your acreage of land.

INTERNET:
The house has excellent internet access with smart TVs that have access your Hulu & Netflix accounts.

KITCHEN:
Brand new concrete kitchen with tulum-style finishes and top of the line appliances: refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave and more! Plenty of spices and delicious coffee to enjoy throughout your stay. Kitchen also has ALL the basic kitchen essentials such as Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/Utensils

Outdoor Surveillance: SECURITY cameras for guest's safety and security that will be active during your stay:
- One Ring Flood Light security camera is located at the front of the house for your security
- One located in the back walkway pointed outside
- One located in the side of the house
- One located by the grill area
Cell phone coverage: Yes cellphone coverage

◦ Wildlife: this is the rural desert and we share the space with the wildlife. You may encounter desert ants, mice, coyotes, or if you’re lucky a bobcat.

◦ RULES:
Noise ordinance:
Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. No external speakers allowed. Any noise related discrepancies will result in at least a $1000 fine.

◦ SMOKING POLICY
No smoking inside the house or within 10ft. Smoke residue will result in excessive cleaning fees

◦ Restricted Areas:
Any locked closet or room is restricted. If forcibly entered you could be held liable for any unaccounted for item.

◦ Hot Tub/Pool:
Hot Tub Use: Please avoid using the hot tub immediately after it’s been serviced, as chemical levels are temporarily elevated. We have weekly pool cleanings, this day may fall on your stay and your cooperation will keep the hot tub clean and balanced at all times.
Please rinse off any oils, lotions, or substances before entering the spa, as these can affect water quality and cause discoloration.
No drinking in the hot tub, please.
Be sure to keep the cover on when not in use, especially since we're in the desert and debris can easily get into the water.
Any misuse of the hot tub may result in an additional charge for extra maintenance.


◦ Photoshoots & Video:
No un permitted photoshoots or videoing at the home. If you would like to use our home for those purposes please send us a message. Any unauthorized filming will result in a $5000 violation and production fee.

IMPORTANT NOTE for HOT TUB and POOL
To protect your own health, safety, and the integrity of tub and linens, and to ensure the cleanliness and proper maintenance of our facilities all guests must shower before and after using hot tub and pool.

● We kindly request all guests to rinse their feet, bodily oils, and lotions before entering the hot tub and pool area. Failure to do so may result in the accumulation of dirt, debris, and contaminants in the water, which can compromise the overall experience for all users.
● No pets of any kind or size in hot tub and pool.
● Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub and pool.
● Please do not stand or sit on hot tub or pool cover.
● Children must be supervised at all times.
● Please heat the hot tub with cover on and avoid the urge to add hot water from the stove, it will damage the hot tub

POOL HEATING is not available

Please be advised that if the condition of the hot tub and pool is left in poor conditions due to guests not rinsing their body and feet, an additional fee may be charged for excessive dirtiness. This fee will cover the cost of the necessary cleaning and maintenance required to restore the hot tub and pool to its optimal condition.

We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a clean and enjoyable environment for all guests. By adhering to this requirement, we can ensure that everyone can fully enjoy the benefits of our hot tub and pool facilities.
