Fehlende Reaktion auf Hinweis auf Mängel
Wir finden, dass in einem Hotel dieser Klasse das Zimmer optimal gereinigt werden sollte. Wir haben bei zwei mal zwei Tagen Aufenthalt mit Begeisterung den freien Tee und Kaffee genossen. Leider wurde beide Male die benützten Gläser nicht gereinigt und der Abfall nicht entsorgt. Das Morgen-Buffet ist sensationell und unglaublich vielfältig, nur dürften an der Brot-Theke ein zweites Brotmesser im Budget des Hauses liegen. Trotz meiner Bemerkung beim Chef de Service am ersten Tage hat sich an den nächsten Tagen nichts geändert.

Für mich ein ideales Hotel in Jerusalem. Vor allem das Frühstücksbuffet ist herausragend. Nächstes mal ein renoviertes Zimmer.

Städtereise nach Jerusalem
Nahe der Altstadt gelegenes, stilles und sauberes Hotel. Personal ist diskret und freundlich, Zimmer stimmig eingerichtet. Uns hat es gefallen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war überwältigend, zwar ohne Fleisch aber mit viel Käse und allem was das Herz begehrt.

Tolle Hotel am Altstadt von Jerusalem
Das Hotel liegt direkt gegenüber von Alstadt von Jerusalem, bis zu Jaffa Tor sind es 10 Minuten zu Fuss, die Tramstation befindet sich um die Ecke. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind sauber, vom Pool hat man tollen Ausblick auf Altstadt, man kann sich prima entspannen nach den Touren. Das Frühstucksbüffet ist sehr reichhaltig, es gibt für jedem was, man braucht danach bestimmt kein Mittagsessen.

Hotel zentral gelegen
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt für sieben Tage. Die Altstadt war zu Fuß in 15 minuten zu erreichen. Super lecker war das Frühstücksbüro. Auch nach einer Woche haben wir uns noch jeden Morgen darauf gefreut. Die Leute an der Rezeption waren fast alle freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer waren gut geputzt, wenn auch etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Betten waren auch gut. Ich würde jederzeit wieder dieses Hotel buchen.

This is a perfectly fine hotel. I had a superior room, which is their middle category. The room is quite small, hardly more than a bed and a dresser but clean and comfortable. It felr conveniently located to me, right across from a bus stop. The hotel smells great and i really enjoyed the breakfast. Its a sorta institutional hotel, mostly filled with extra-large tour groups and delegations. The front desk staff is fine, because the hotel serves.big groups, you werent going to get a high-touch experience with the the staff, but that's fine. There were some families in the hotel and the children were consistently screaming in the hallway outside my room. On Shabbat morning, a group of young children played in the hallway shouting starting at 6 in the morning. It was pretty brutal especially bc the rooms have very thin walls so it was noisy all day. The only way i could sleep was by blasting pink noise from my phone every night. I absolutely do not regret staying there bc it.was a WONDERFUL week generally, but i would not stay at the Dan Panorama again.

We were treated so well, especially by Youssef at the front who upgraded our rooms and made us all so happy. The room was lovely, the breakfast more than plentiful, the location is excellent. Only wish there were some outdoor seatng options for breakfast.

We were upgraded to the new rooms recently renovated on this property. The rooms were quite small, but very clean and comfortable. Our room had only a shower, but it had great water pressure, and the bathrooms were very clean. The location of the Dan Panorama is great for accessing the Old City, Mamilla and Ben Yehuda areas. There is also a bus stop right outside the hotel that has many lines running on it, making public transportation super easy. Our only disappointment from the hotel stay was the breakfast. I have stayed in other Israeli hotels that have offered more plentiful salad and vegetable options. The breakfast was overall fine, but I had been expecting better given the fact that this is a very highly rated hotel.
