A list of Information from the host about nearby restaurants and where to go was helpful for navigating around Charleston for our short stay. The neighborhood is safe, with families & single persons out bicyling/walking in the area to see the sunsets at 2 park locations within walking distance. „Matthew was awesome - super responsive and provided a ton of information about the house and the area. There were some people staying downstairs and we never heard a sound from them. The place is super updated with fresh linens, spacious bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, and more. Location is perfect to run into town or out to the beach. Would definitely stay again. “

„Our overall feel of the property was that it was clean and private. We stayed with our two kids so four of us total and we were comfortable. There was a metal frame and foam mattress folded up in the closet which easily fit in front of the king sized bed with walking room around it to the other side of the bed.
