Perfect location - it’s a close drive to anywhere you want to go in Charleston / Stadium / Folly - which is where we visited during our stay. Communication is top notch with Jessica. She’s fantastic to work with. Only complaint we had which is not a huge complaint was we wish the yard had been cut and there was a huge fire ant area near the back door / driveway area so we didn’t use the back door but wasn’t super ...

„Beautiful home in a beautiful location. Once you stock the kitchen there is no need to get in your car. Walk to pool, walk to beach, walking paths, biking paths. Quiet and peaceful in the evenings so you can see the stars and hear the ocean. For those who don't care for the activity and noise of commercial beach towns this is for you. „Overall it was a really great stay. Clean and exactly what we needed. It close to the beach. A bit of a walk to the town (not super long...12 to 15 min) and parking there was very hard without paying a pretty penny. Many people had golf carts and that seemed like it might have been helpful or a bike or scooter would have been great. No parking issues with that. The house was great. A great beach house...very "beach bungalow" feel. Good spaces, plenty of room for 4-6. Great bedrooms.  ...
