„The neighbor is an up and coming area. The house looks exactly what it looks like in the pictures. Close to Tanger Mall and Folly Beach. The host is very attentive and sweet. She answers your questions within a reasonable timeframe. When we visit Charleston again, we will definitely stay at this location again.“

„Perfect for a family of four, very clean. Walkable to playground. Great modern beach house. Very small but has everything you need. Shower room was very popular with our children, barn door to bathroom may not be ideal for everyone. We stay at Folly several times a year and this is a place we would stay again. “

„Wonderful in many ways. Great location. Can really walk most anywhere. Block or so from King St with many food and drink options. The home itself is lovely. Remarkably clean and well stocked. Seemed to think of everything one might need. Coffee, laundry soap, makeup towels, and basics for cooking. We had 5 staying and the 3 BR/3B worked wonderfully for our family. Charleston is a remarkable and unique city with amazing architecture and history. Couldn’t recommend enough. “

„I was very happy with the stay. It was just as the pictures showed. I was also impressed by the little doggie treats and toys left for those who bring their fur babies. There were even games for families to play. I’ve never had that at any rental before. What a nice treat! Jessica was very responsive and very kind! Definitely recommend this place!“

„We had a wonderful and very fun trip to Charleston. This house was a major part of that. The layout, the space, and it was very well appointed throughout. Very clean and the location was great. We walked most everywhere we went. Just blocks from Kings, Market and Meeting street. We did take Lyft a hand full of times and they were readily available for groups of 6. Definitely should be high on your list to stay in this fun and historic city!“
