A good value for the price: quiet, friendly staff, ok breakfast, all important sightseeings in downtown Old Delhi accessible by foot. The pickup service from the airport worked perfectly. Just don't get a shock from the neighborhood. There is life all over the place but people are friendly and go after their business. It's my second time in this hotel, and I will return.“

Lots of Streetfood options nearby. They offer airport pick up and it always went properly.
Buffet breakfast also very good for the price with a good choice of Indian options.

"The hotel is located very close to New Delhi railway station. You need to exit towards the Paharganj side. The hotel provides good vibes with very good facilities. The reception and staff is very helpful and they try their best to cater to your requests. For instance, I didn’t take breakfast due to the lack of time, the Sardarji in the reception made sure that they pack something for me for the airport. These small gestures make a lot of difference :) The rooftop restaurant is open until 1-2 am and room service also open till then (with limited options). Overall, I definitely recommend them and I will definitely visit them during my next visit to Delhi."

"Ein für sich ist es ein sehr gut gelegenes hotel direkt nahe der hauptstrasse trodzdem ruhig. Aber das problem hier is seit langem das safety Boxen nicht funktionieren ."

The interior is modern and of really good quality. It contains a full kitchen but all in all appears to be squeezed in the space given. The bed is short (1,8mor~6ft), and the control of the interior lights was a challenge since there is no description available. Also the use of the TV was problematic, since it only works with an TATA box. It was annoying that we had to ask every evening for an extension of the hotel TATA account needed to use the TV.
Everything was very clean though.
The location is quite central and many places in the city are close by. Due to traffic and the very dirty surroundings you should take a Tuk Tuk instead of walking.
The noise from the streets are quite loud, we only slept with ear plugs.
In the morning the restaurant was very full (hard to find a seat) and the choices very limited.
All in all we still recommend the EPS but it would be good to improve the mentioned issues since the price is not a bargain…

"Stilvolles, märchenhaftes Haveli mit sehr freundlichem, hilfsbereiten Personal. Traumhafte Dachterrasse mit weitem Ausblick. Gäste sollten wissen, dass das letzte Wegstück nur fußläufig zu erreichen ist (Hotel ist mit dem Gepäck super behilflich) und die Wege typisch für das alte, ursprüngliche Stadtviertel Chandni Chowk sind. Darauf sollte man vorbereitet sein, um dann die Gegend fernab von Touristenpfaden zu genießen. Ideal für Menschen, die die Millionenstadt eigenständig zu Fuß, per Riskshaw und per Metro erkunden wollen und zugleich ein bisschen Luxus genießen wollen. Sichere Gegend. "
