Although Villa is close to everywhere in Çeşme, it allows you to have a safe and luxurious stay due to its location, as well as enjoy the silence and open sky in the evenings. Thanks to my heating system, it is possible to enjoy the house in winter.
The space
Designed to reflect the essence of stylish and modern life, positioned on about 1 acre of land in the form of an L-shaped villa, the villa evokes its spirit and charm with its details that matter to comfort.

The villa, which consists of 4 bedrooms and a living room, has a spacious living room with high ceilings, an open kitchen opening to the patio, a guest toilet and 3 bedrooms separated from these areas by a hallway, and a bathroom for communal use of the rooms. The upper floor is completely divided into the master bedroom and has a private bathroom, dressing room and its own private balcony.

The property is surrounded by a wall of plants and offers complete privacy. One of the most attractive features of the house is that it is designed to be accessed to the pool from the living room, kitchen and all rooms. The best place to enjoy your al fresco meals is the table for 8 people located on the porch of the villa. All corners invite you to enjoy the house, especially the peace of the pool area where you can enjoy the sun and a nice swim.

It is a place suitable for living in summer and winter by the fireplace in the living room of the house and the heating system that can also heat the entire house in the winter.

Please respect the neighbors and do not make excessive noise :)

Please do not enter the house with shoes for hygiene.

Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the house. As soon as we find that smoking is allowed in the house, you may have to pay jazz due to airbnb policy. In the same way, you may have to pay a fine for replacing the product with a new one instead of renovating it.

The garden comes to the property at regular intervals for garden maintenance and pool cleaning.

Portable Pack ’n Play/travel crib and high chair are available. If you will need it during your stay, please inform us before your arrival.
