Das Zimmer war eine Katastrophe man konnte sich am Waschbecken nicht einmal richtig waschen oder Zähne putzen. Das Silikon war voll mit Schimmel und der allgemein Zustand von dem Zimmer eine Katastrophe.

Problems, unlawful procedures on reception desk
They took our id’s and took photocopy even it is not legal due to turkish law on the protection of personal data. As we did not feel comfortable, we left the hotel and they did not refund the money yet. I am trying to access to hotels.com stuff even they are not helpful. I paid for the nights that i did not stay. I totally do not recommend. Staff in the reception desk is also get mad when we asked why he is taking photocopy of our id’s. Totally disgrace.

Not as expected
The room was very narrow and not well organized, the staff refused a request for early check in despite there was an available room in the ground floor, breakfast was very poor with selected item previously prepared and placed in the kitchen (not an open buffet), Wifi was slow.

Mr Fady HANNALLA, first of all we want to thank you for your staying in our hotel.you review didnt mislead us because 3 days before you came to hotel you started to call us and threatened with bad review why because of your early checkin request at 05:00 am in the morning. Sure this is impossible we offered to you to change your reservation dates at least 10:00 am we offered you entrance floor room you wanted to have a room upper floor. As you know worldwide hotel checkin time is 14:00 pm. Sure guest satisfication is very imoprtant for us but not such as you selfishs

I recommend this hotel
The location was excellent, the shuttle bus which cost only 3.25$ will take you from the airport to a 5 minute walk distance from the hotel and vice versa, then you can walk from the hotel to the famous Taksim square in 5 minutes as well, and you can walk on the Istiklal cd. which is the main attracted street in Istanbul and from the end of istiklal cd you can reach Eminonu by walking just15 minutes. The manager was very helpful, I took by his advice for two tours and didn't regret, the last tour in the last day was the best in our trip which he advised me to do, of course you will find some Shortfalls, but still I will recommend this hotel.

Quartier horrible Prostitution et autres Rue très bruyante et fréquentée toute la nuit Nous nous enfermions à double tour et mettions une valise derrière la porte par sécurité Le local douche était plus que minuscule Je devais entrer dans la cabine de douche pour pouvoir en fermer la porte Nous n avons même pas osé aller voir le petit déjeuner Je déconseille plus que fortement

You can be right about location or general stitution of Taksim but as you know we are not police or gendarme. Out of our hotel we cant be responsible it is not our hotels issue but we are responsible from inside of our hotel. Выбрали этот отель , потому что находится ближе к центру - рядом гранд базар, мечеть, собор Айя София , фонтан. Комната наша была идеальной для проживания вдвоём. В комнате у нас было очень чисто, мебель в хорошем состоянии, кровать отличная, ванная комната тоже была в свежем виде. Также нас порадовали вкусные завтраки «шведский стол». Хозяины очень гостеприимные , обслуживание 👍. Единственный небольшой минус- холодильник очень плохо работает, не холодный.

Worst stay ever
It was just like a nightmare, absolutely one of the worst hotels I have ever booked. Although the hotel is located at the hearth of the city, minutes walk from Taksim Square the room was the worst in my life. It is not related with the photos in the website at all. Very small, very poor air conditioning, moist in the walls. When you open the air conditioning it is terriblye cold and when you close it turns into a hammam. There was NO HOT WATER! Unbelievable! I asked the reason of this to the reception and the guy said "As the hot water is coming from the next door it doesn't work sometimes." They didn't offered me another room. I could'nt be able to have a shower. The bed was broken, literally! They supported it from beneath with a piece of wood. The duve was dirty. Overall, 1 out of 10.

Not proper for family or respectful people
I had the worst experience in this place. It can't be called hotel or anything like that. It is a prostitution place. I got there with a family of 7 people including 2 kids at 5 am. They did not have even one room ready for us although we put a note that we were gonna check in early and we had already paid in full for two rooms. I had to find another place at 5am and when we came back to get the rooms at the regular check in time, we were shocked. The rooms were nothing like the pictures on travelocity. I asked the owner for a refund but he refused and was very rude. During the two hours negotiating and when we were waiting at 5 am we saw many girls going in and out of the place with men almost drunk.

Отличный бюджетный вариант, дружелюбные и отзывчивые сотрудники. Мы останавливались в гостинице на 4 ночи и особых нареканий за это время у нас не возникло, завтрак однообразный, но это не страшно, главное что все свежее. Гостиница расположена недалеко от площади Таксим, что очень удобно. Вообщем своим пребыванием в отеле довольны!

Le personnel était très sympa, la chambre belle, propre, spacieuse. L'hotel est très bien situé. Le problème est qu'on était au premier étage (juste en dessus de la reception) et il n'y avait aucune isolation, on entendait tout, les conversations, les pas dans l'escalier, et meme tard dans la nuit. J'ai très mal dormis.
