Unhygienisch
Extrem schmutzige Zimmer, trotz mehrfacher Aufforderung nicht anständig gereinigt, Schuhe und Kleider von den Vermietern lagen tagelang unter dem Bett, während einer Woche nicht einmal gesaugt oder gewischt. Frühstück unterirdisch schlecht, sehr wenig Auswahl, Mitarbeiter legen einem was auf den Teller was man vorher gar nicht sieht, weil es hinter ihnen in Blechbehälter steht. Spa Bereich geschlossen ohne Vorankündigung, im Schwimmbad kein Wasser drin. Die meisten Mitarbeiter sind freundlich, wenige die nicht grüßen weil Sie mit Ihrem Handy beschäftigt sind.

+ schöne Einrichtung von Zimmer und schönes Hotel und Restaurant Preis/ Leistung ok Sauna war ok Fitnessbereich klein aber fein. Einige Geräte könnten bald ausgewechselt werden. Schöne SPA-Ausstattung 24-hours Room-Service Coole Restaurants und Bars in umliegender Nähe. - Es war nicht mega sauber. Boden wurde mit Sicherheit nicht gewischt und sonst viel Staub / Die meisten MA aus Restaurant und Spa konnten nur türkisch, bzw konnten kein englisch. Die Mitarbeiter aus dem Restaurant haben auf mich teilweise einen verwirrten und uninteressierten Eindruck gemacht. Frühstück war überhaupt nicht meins. Aber ist Geschmackssache. Spa wäre noch schön, aber das Dampfbad hatte ein bisschen Schimmel und hatte einen komischen Geruch. Die Garderobe stank so enorm, man konnte es dort drin fast nicht aushalten. Die Mitarbeiter haben immer wieder mit Raumspray versucht den Duft zu überdecken. Der Ruheraum im Spa war zu laut. Man hörte die Mitarbeiter singen, lachen, reden. So konnte man gar nicht entspannen. An der Reception bietet man einen Shuttleservice an, welcher so überteuert ist. Wir haben mit dem Taxi die Hälfte bezahlt. Lage ist nicht optimal. Wenn man Ausflüge (zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten) machen möchte verliert man viel Zeit.

Schönes Hotel in Esenyurt
Es war ein toller Aufenthalt. Das Hotel ist gut gelegen. Bushaltestellen und Taxis vorm Hotel. Ebenso genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Umgebung . Das Hotel ist gut eingerichtet und sauber. Das Personal super freundlich, jedoch ist die Verständigung auch in englisch nicht immer ganz leicht gewesen. Trotzdem können wir das Hotel wärmstens empfehlen und würden es jederzeit wieder besuchen. :)

I had a really bad experience with one of the front desk staff, called Gotehan he was very rude , even when i complained to the manager, i asked him if this is how you speak to customers, he said yes, poor customer service considering I stayed in this hotel for over 2 weeks, i will never stay in this hotel again

Girdiğimiz andan itibaren güler yüzle karşılandık, ücretsiz vale otopark vardı arabayla ilgili hiç sorun yaşamadık. Odamız gayet geniş ve rahattı. Havlu, terlik vb hiçbir eksiğimiz yoktu. Saç kurutma makinesi normal evlerde kullanılan tarzdaydı, çok rahat kullandık, hızlıca kuruttuk. Tvde çoğunlukla yabancı kanallar var, odanın ısıtıcısı çok iyi çalışıyor. Kapılar kartla açılıyor olmasına rağmen içeriden kitlenebilecek fiziksel bir kilidi var, bence bu güvenlik açısından büyük bir artı. Açık büfe kahvaltısı gayet güzeldi, bir sürü çeşidi vardı, kahvaltı dışında başka bir öğünü denemedik. Havuz kullanmak için bone gerektiği bilgisini verdiler, bone 100tlye satılıyordu. Havuz boyu 1.40m, çok sığ fakat ortam olarak güzel. Spa alanında havlu, bornoz, peştamal, terlik, duş, dolap hepsi var. Saunada veya buhar odasında fenalaşılmaması için ücretsiz olarak su da veriliyor. Sayması küçük ama gayet yeterli. Hamamda bir musluk var kese için geniş bir mermer var. Bence alanı biraz fazla kısıtlı fakat yine de ortam olarak güzeldi.

Service and staff were excellent. I will definitely stay in this hotel again. The hotel is old and needs some renovation though.
