Wir können dieses kleine Hotel wärmstens empfehlen. Es befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage, umgeben von vielen Antiquitätengeschäften und in unmittelbarer Nähe des bekannten „Museums Der Unschuld“von Orhan Pamuk. Es ist sehr zentral trotz seiner ruhigen Lage, die Straßenbahn ist circa zehn Gehminuten entfernt. Diese fährt alle 2 Minuten in die Altstadt und zum Basar. Alle Mitarbeiter des Hotels sind absolut freundlich und hilfsbereit, angefangen von der Rezeption bis zu den Damen in der Küche. Der Frühstücksraum ist hell und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, das Frühstück sehr abwechslungsreich. Man kann den ganzen Tag über Kaffee oder Tee unentgeltlich bestellen. Die Zimmer sind ebenfalls geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Betten sind gut. Es gibt auch eine vollständig eingerichtete Küche im Apartment, die wir aber nicht genutzt haben. Wir würden beim nächsten Istanbul Aufenthalt mit Sicherheit wieder dieses Hotel ansteuern. Vielen Dank noch mal an alle zuvorkommenden Mitarbeiter!

Wir waren 3 Tage in Istanbul und sind nicht zuletzt wegen der hervorragenden Unterkunft im Hammamhane positiv beeindruckt. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und man hat uns gleich zu Beginn eine kompakte Stadtkarte ausgehändigt und die wichtigsten Orte angekreuzt und erklärt, wie man hinkommt. Das Zimmer im Nebengebäude mit kleinem Hinterhof und Außenbestuhlung ist, wie das ganze Haus, einladend, freundlich und modern ausgestattet. Schaut euch die Fotos an, es sieht in echt noch hübscher aus. Abends bei Mondschein oder morgens bei einem Kaffee draußen im Hof zu sitzen ist ein Genuss und obwohl das Hotel mitten im Geschehen liegt, ist es äußerst ruhig. Auch das Frühstücken auf/an der Terrasse ist ein Erlebnis. Die Lage ist insgesamt sehr gut und man kommt vom Hotel aus überall gut hin. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt.

Gute Gespräche mit den Angestellten, sie konnten auch viele Tipps geben. Das Frühstück ist sehr ausgewogen und abwechslungsreich. Die Zimmer sind riesig und haben alles notwendige. Das Hammam ist top! Und man kommt zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten bequem zu Fuss. Es wäre jedoch auch eine Metrostation in der Nähe. Ein rundum gutes Hotel und sehr empfehlenswert!

Without doubt the best hotel we ever stayed in! The room was very spacious and beautifully designed. The staff was not only professional but also very warm and friendly. They helped us with everything we needed and showed true interest. The neighbourhood is really nice to walk around and has lovely cafes, traditional restaurants and a lot of antique shops. Most of the attractions are a short walk or tram ride away. The breakfast was really delicious and definitely has something for everyone. Every day they had a small selection of traditional breakfast plates beside the normal breakfast plate that consisted of different vegetables, jam and butter and the small buffet. During our stay we were also invited to a free happy-hour with drinks and a lovely cheese plate. We also recommend you to give the Cukurcuma Hamami a visit, which was an amazing experience that we really enjoyed.

Das Schöne an diesem Hotel ist, dass man sich nicht wie in einem Hotel fühlt. Die Herzlichkeit der Mitarbeiter, die aussergewöhnlichen Zimmer und letztendlich die Lage im Herzen der Altstadt haben uns von Anfang an wie zu Hause fühlen lassen. Selten haben wir uns so wohl gefühlt!

Hammamhane is an ideal place to stay. A boutique hotel located in a cozy area with numerous restaurants. Centrally located for sightseeing.From expensive to cheap. Our hotel room (superior 43 m2) is fully equipped. A fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher and washing machine with dryer. Modern decor, a walk-in shower with rain shower, soap pumps for hand washing, showering and hair washing, hair dryer, a lovely bed, large LCD TV and - very important - lots of power outlets (type F which are also in use in the Netherlands!). A scale, ironing board and iron. Each floor has a water cooler for drinking water. Drinking bottles are in the room for you to fill. The service of the hotel staff and cleaning staff is outstanding! Always willing to provide you with their services. In short, a top notch hotel. Next time we will definitely go to this hotel again!

Overall the place was pretty decent. The room was spacious. However, the bathroom is very small. The location was in a very quiet street. You can walk to the Takism Square, Galata Tower and the tram station in approximately 10-15 minutes.

제가 여행다녔던 숙소 중에 제일 독창적이고 재미있는 숙소입니다. 제가 다시 이스탄불 신시가지에 머문다면 여기에 머물 것 입니다. 여기 소품 하나하나가 센스가 묻어나, 머무는 내내 너무나 기분이 좋았고 피로가 회복되었습니다. 이 건물은 구축을 바탕으로 철조물을 세워 신 건축물을 세운 모양인데, 그 독창성에서 느껴지는 예술감, 멋드러지게 어울리는 가구의 배치 등 정말 감탄의 연속이었습니다. 직원들도 너무나 친절했고 조식도 메뉴 가짓 수가 많고 퀄리티가 좋아서 감동이었습니다. 겨울임에도 따뜻한 바닥에 뜨거운 온수 덕에 방은 포근하였고, 에어비엔비처럼 부엌이나 세탁기를 방 안에서 사용할 수 있었습니다. 고민하지마세요. 자신있게! 적극 추천합니다. 그리고 팁을 드리자면, 이 숙소에서 탁심 광장에 공항 버스 타러 가는 길은 오르막이고 좁은 길이었습니다. 공항 버스 타러 가는 길은 택시를 잡거나 아니면 공항까지 택시타고 가는게 좋을 것 같아요.

I am a retired US diplomat. I have lived in six countries other than my own, and I've visited 63 more. In a lifetime of travel, I have stayed in hundreds of hotels. The Hammahane is as fine a boutique hotel as I have ever come across. Not only is it conveniently located on the European side of Istanbul near tourist sites, monuments, and and endless variety of restaurants and cafes, but the facility is clean and in excellent repair, the included breakfast is excellent, and the staff is fabulous - beyond helpful. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Very happy with our stay. It’s a great small apartment/ hotel, in an interesting, convenient location. Towels didn’t need to be changed every day and it would have been useful to have soap and basic cleaning products by the kitchen sink. Some nights were a little noisy outside, so earplugs for light sleepers are recommended.

Our stay at Hammamhane was great! Property was super clean. Breakfast was delicious and wholesome. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. They also gave great recommendations on local cafes and restaurants. Property was located in a relatively quiet area and streets around were not noisy. Cute antique stores were close to the hotel and cafes too. It was a 10 minute walk from Taksim square and super convenient. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you to all the amazing staff.

Amazing location and everything is so well thought out and designed to support visitors. It is a perfect jumping off point for exploring all of Istanbul. The units are like studio apartments complete with small kitchen, clothes washer, safes. The staff is exceptional and the Hamman (Turkish bath house) next door is a must.
