Ein sehr schönes, kleines Hotel mitten in der Altstadt. In einer kleinen ruhigen Gasse gelegen. Fußläufig alles erreichbar was die Altstadt ausmacht. Die Lage ist wirklich unschlagbar. Wir hatten ein großes Zimmer im 4.OG, mit Balkon. Das ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen, da man eine sehr schöne Sicht auf den Bosporus hat. Die 24h Rezeption hat uns in jeglicher Hinsicht überzeugt. Das Personal hat uns super Tipps gegeben, und sich immer wieder vergewissert, das es ums an nichts fehlt. Man konnte mit allen Fragen kommen, es wurde immer geholfen. Türkische Gastfreundschaft wird da gelebt. Sollten wir wieder nach Istanbul kommen, werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten.

Fußnähe zum Hippodrom, obwohl zentrale Lage ist es sehr ruhig. Das Frühstücksbüffet war sehr gut. Die Einrichtung des Hotels ist schön, die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet. Das Bad wurde täglich gereinigt und saubere Handtücher bereitgestellt. Hinter den Türen sollte aber auch geputzt werden. Im allgemeinen aber sehr gut.

Von Aussen eine schöne farbe und schöne Pflanzen, wirkt Einladend. Super nette leute, tolles Frühstückbuffet und grosse Zimmer. Badimmer hätte eine Renovierung nötig, aber ansosnten alles in ordnung. Verdacht auf Milben, vorsicht mit Kindern.

Ein kleines Hotel mit einem großem 5 Sterne Service. Man hat sich sehr um uns bemüht. Das Essen (Frühstück) und Restaurant war sehr gut. Das Personal ist bezaubernd. Alles ist sauber. Die Lage ist ruhig aber trotzdem gleich zentral. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen.

Die Lage ist absolut perfekt. Nur wenige Minuten spazieren und man ist an den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Wir hatten die Queen Suite, absolut tolle Größe und Ausstattung, Sauberkeit war gegeben nach einem kurzen Gespräch mit dem Personal. Dieses ist sehr höflich und zuvorkommend!

Das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend, auch sehr bemüht dem Gast einen schönen Aufenthalt zu bieten. Mit dem Management konnte man gut reden und Kleinigkeiten wurden schnell geregelt. Auch unserem Wunsch ein größeres Zimmer zu bekommen, wurde problemlos entsprochen. Die Lage ist 1A. Man kommt fußläufig zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten u.a. die Blaue Moschee, Hagia-Sofia Moschee, Topkapi Palast uvm. Die Bus hop Bus off Stationen sind ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe. Also nur zu empfehlen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war abwechslungsreich und ausreichend.

Das Personal ist sehr nett und sehr bemüht dem Gast ein schönen Aufenthalt zu bieten. Wir haben uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt und konnten jederzeit mit dem Management reden und auch Kleinigkeiten wurden schnell geregelt. Auch dem Wunsch nach einem größeren Zimmer wurde erfüllt. Good location but needs a little bit of TLC
The room was just as shown in the photos - quite large but with a lot of furniture. The bed was pretty comfortable but the doona/duvet was too small for the bed, which was strange. The night manager, Suat, was lovely but the day manager was really grumpy and we felt we were really putting him out. The buffet breakfast was huge and there was so much traditional food on offer. The two gentlemen who ran the buffet were very sweet too. The cost of getting a car from the hotel to the airport was really high, and oddly, had to be paid to the desk manager in cash, so we opted to get our own taxi instead. And saved a lot of money. The hotel has obviously been in the same family for many years and that is commendable, and it’s in a great location but it is looking a bit tired I think.

The hotel is very close to all the main attractions in the old city/sultanahmet area. 10 minutes or less walk to Ayasofia, Blue Mosque, Tokapi Palace and others. The staff was very helpful and friendly. If you have any questions or need anything, they were eager to help. The location and facilities were excellent. Rooms were clean and well serviced.

Everyone there is so helpful and attentive, the rooms are besutiful, and its only a 10 minute walk in one direction to the Arasta Bazaar and maybe 15 to the Grand Bazaar with shopping and dining opportunities along the way.

Perfect stay. Very close to blue mosque and hagia sofia. Staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. They offered to book trips for us and gave recommendations on restaurants. Clean and comfortable. Great breakfast. Would stay again.

un effort à faire...
l'hotel est trés bien placé, le petit déjeuner et le confort de la chambre trés bien aussi, malheureusement le personnel est en dessous de tout ! ils ne "connaissent" pas les restaurant autour d'eux, sauf celui dans lequel ils envoient tous leurs clients. Et pire, ils ne vous écoutent pas : ils ont envoyé mon taxi au mauvais aéroprt alors que j'avais bien précisé SAW. Heureusement que j'allais prendre une voiture de location et pas un avion, je l'aurais raté !
