„This is a perfect location for those who want access to OCMD but don't want to actually stay in OCMD. The property was as listed, and was very clean up on check in. The owner was extremely responsive with questions and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. “

„This is the cutest little beach cottage, steps to the beach! The owner is very responsive and super hospitable. We will be staying again! “

„The house was nice. Neighbor quiet. It was nice there is a small park across the street for the dog. Had everything I need in the house. It was nice I did not have to bring my own sheets and towels. They were supplied to us. The beach is a short drive up the street, maybe a minute or two and there was plenty of parking. I would stay here again if I go down to ocean city again.“

„The beach is so close and the cottage is wonderful. Love the charm and having everybody on one level. Kitchen had everything we needed. Appreciated having a washer and dryer. Liked that there is an outdoor shower for coming back sandy from the beach. Such a wonderful place to get away with people who are near and dear to enjoy the beach. “

While we do enjoy hanging with them at the beach each day, we wanted our own place to unwind in the evening and spend time with our dog. The neighborhood was very quiet with little traffic and safe dog walking. Very large yard as well.“

Nice fire pit and charcoal grill. Bed and couch very comfortable, which is very important. Close to downtown Berlin, a short drive to OC and Assateague state park. “

Improvements that could benefit us and everyone who stays there would be to repair nail pops, paint the air vents with spray and hinges to stop rust continuing.
