„The restaurant was closed for construction. This location had a Starbucks that was closed as well, the staff couldn't even provide complimentary coffee in the morning while their food sources were shut down. Forced to walk off property to a fast food place for our morning coffee at these prices!
Also charged us for parking in the hotel garage when it was 90% empty! $10 a night that Expedia did not list either.“

„I was asked to rate our stay 1-5....given a 3 only due to the view....
1) The door lock/lack there of
Unlocking and locking the door from the outside is extremely difficult, so much so that we gave up a few times and left with the door unlocked. It appeared that the door locking area has been broken and poorly repaired.
2) Master bed had no sheet, they did deliver a sheet for the bed but it took them 3 deliveries to get the correct size
3) Multiple housekeeping issues need to be addressed. ...
