„It’s difficult to describe just how lovely the location and host here in Summerland really are. The Proximity to Santa Barbara and Montecito was perfect. It made for a perfect retreat from the frenetic energy of my niece’s wedding. It was quiet and relaxing and really just lovely. The host’s attention to detail was really the icing on the cake. If you’re looking for a spot to get away, this is really the place!“

„Hübsches Hotel zentral in Montecito, allerdings ohne jeden Erholungswert. Es liegt direkt an der Route 101 und gehörte einst Charlie Chaplin. Das Bad ist winzig und alt. Das Zimmer war sauber und ansprechend, jedoch ebenfalls kllein. Es gibt einen netten, kleinen Pool im spanischen Stil. Das Personal an der Rezeption war wenig kommunikativ.“

„Beautiful home, great location. Kitchen well stocked with appliances, utensils etc. made cooking a breeze. Bathrooms and bedrooms were well appointed with quality bedding and towels. Walkable to beach as well as restaurants cafe and drugstore. The hot tub and cold plunge were a hit. As well as tvs. Indoor and outdoor tvs allowed fans to keep up with sports while being together. I will echo what others have said about the shower as I was glad someone had previously reviewed and mentioned it so I could make my own decision- it is about 18-24 inches down without a safe way to step in and a large picture window which is uncovered. „Sehr guter Standort, Zimmer und Sauberkeit sind in Ordnung. Unser Zimmer wurde mit Meerblick beworben, das war aber leider nicht der Fall. Aus dem Zimmer konnte man nur auf den Parkplatz sehen, selbst wenn dort keine Autos gestanden hätten, hätte man den Ozean nicht sehen können. Preis/Leistung aber vollkommen in Ordnung. “
