„We were in town for the CIF Southern Sectional track meet and needed a place to stay for 5 people. The Sandbox at Solimar Sands was perfect. The Unit was clean well stocked and just a pleasant place to relax and stay. It is steps from the beach, an easy walk downtown and an excellent location. I would definitely recommend staying here.“

„Our family of four (including a one year old and three year old) stayed really comfortably between the two bedrooms. The living room / dinning area has a great amount of space to hangout in. We had more family staying in another unit and we mostly hung out in this unit for meals and movie time with that big comfy couch!“

„Great location for 6 of us - 2 kids (6 & 8), parents, and grandparents. We mostly ate dinners out. Kitchen was well appointed, but would have been a tight squeeze for dining (especially because it was a little too chilly to use the outside table). Place was spotless, well-appointed with towels and supplies, and thoughtfully designed to maximize the space. Easy walk into town for restaurants and wine, and to the ocean. The rug downstairs was filthy and the upstairs couch was not clean and the house needs other updates. The house had been cleaned but the furnishings seemed overused and unclean. We hope the owners will inspect their property and refresh their furnishings because we would love to come back.“
