„The apartment consists of two stories. Downstairs kitchen and living room and upstairs two bedrooms. The location is one block from The beach which is fantastic and parking is behind the building, very close. Staff is very friendliy and the apartment was clean. The fully equipped kitchen including laundry and drier really came in useful. Would definitely recommend to stay here. Som Furniture was a bit worn but overall really excellent place.“

„We had an amazing time. Have been coming to Carpinteria for many years and have stayed in a lot of places by the beach and this was great! The half bath was nice to have, comfy bed upstairs, and plenty of room for the two of us! We love everything about Carp and this really was a comfortable stay. “

„The condo was beautiful and very well furnished. The deck was great to sit with morning coffee and evening cocktails. This is a family friendly building on a public beach, not very private or quiet. That is not a negative and the location is ideal for bars and restaurants. The management company was friendly and very responsive. “

„The location was much better than anticipated. The studio is small, but beautifully appointed with much thought into the decorating. Michael has gone over and above by providing so many extra ammenities! The beach cart was wonderful! The pool is refreshing after a day at the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our time, but it was just too short..hopefully next time we will stay much longer!“

The location is ideal and just a short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Our only minor issue was some noise from an energetic child in the unit above, running back and forth throughout the day. Aside from that, everything was perfect!“
