„Excellent staff, was moved to different room immediately when there was a problem with airconditioner leaking. Central location convenient to UPLB.“

„was good experience overall“

„The front desk staff were all a,aging as well as the kitchen staff. The owner Roan was a very pleasant man and enjoyed conversations with him. Looking forward to another stay here in the future. Plenty of chilled water machines on site, the aircon worked very well in the room, the pool was good but needed some daily cleaning of leaves and bugs in the water; I am sure that is a never ending struggle. The property is located a long distance from all the noise and congestion ad a very peaceful ...

„Awesome “

„Mylene the care taker is superb. The place is quiet which is a plus, too quiet that we were the only guests. Breakfast food was native and delicious. “

„Madie’s place is a nice, chill place to stay. We had the whole place to ourselves because of having 8 people. It is an older place with all the rooms but one on the third floor and all bathrooms on the first so keep that in mind when booking because it’s not convenient and might be an issue for older people and young children. Besides that the only other negative is the condition and size of the bathrooms, very small besides one of them and old and dirty looking. The host was amazing her name ...

„The room is clean and well organized. The staff is very friendly and courteous. The outdoor pools are clean. The hot springs pools are very relaxing. The view from the resort is stunning. I follow a plant-based lifestyle and the restaurant chef tailored the dishes offered on the menu to plant-based meals. I enjoyed it so much that I reserved a three-night stay the following weekend.“

„room was good-- just wish it had a coffee maker or kettle in the room. price was kinda of high for the location --“

„Owner and Staff are ver friendly and courteous. “

„No hanger for the cloths, no cabinet. Tiles in bathroom have white spots. WLAN speed is okay, but WLAN in room had twice connection problems. Aircon is good. No windows in the room. Alternative would be room with windows to a noisy street. Room service is good. Can hear voices from the neighbour room.“

„We know this Hotel since many years and were many times guests there. The rooms are simple, but the shower works good, also Aircon, there is soap, toothbrushes, etc., and clean towels. The food has improved significantly, and there is also something for the European taste. The large pool is great; you can really swim in it. For us, it is a nice meeting point to visit former sponsored children. It is close to the mall and you can also eat in the hotel.. “

„This place is in a slum.“

„Clean……………………. Nearby shopping……“

„Staff very helpful “

„The staff are very kind, courteous and very helpful. The thing that bothered me the most are small cockroaches crawling in toilet seat and bathroom floor. I complained to management about this and requested transfer to another room. They granted my request immediately, the room was better and had less cockroaches. “

„The staff was very friendly and very attentive, which more than makes up for the facilities, which need updating. Our room was clean and we were well taken care of so we throughly enjoyed our quiet time in the resort. Thank you. “
