„The staff was very friendly and very attentive, which more than makes up for the facilities, which need updating. Our room was clean and we were well taken care of so we throughly enjoyed our quiet time in the resort. Thank you. “

„The only complaint I have, and it was my fault that I did not notice. I asked for a room for 3 adults and ot a room with 2 single beds, my fault for not questioning. The resort added a cot to remidey remedy the situation.“

„Location“

„WiFi was included, but only worked in the lobby and dining room, not in our room. There is a fee for everything. I am disabled, but there was 400 peso fee (about $3.80) to sit in a chair by the pool, ( I didn’t swim). After a bit of protest, they gave me a plastic chair to sit in. Staff was friendly. The water slide closed one hour after our check-in for the season. Don’t think we will stay there again.“

„The room was dusty and the Air Con filter was dirty. I cleaned the Air Con filter myself in order to get the A/C blowing cool. When I came back at 10:30 PM in the evening the front gate of the hotel was locked. I had to pound n the gate to get the night watchman to open the gate. The first room that I was assigned did not have wifi. Even for the price it was a bad value, avoid if possible.“

„on first day, they did not assigned me with the right accomodations, it was not the deluxe room, but they did not give me credit for the difference. the toilet was not flushing and the hotel staff did not take appropriate measures to mitigate it and we end manually filling the tank to flush the toilet . the advettisement says the hitel reataurant is ipen daily but that was not in fact true. we had to call and check if itnis opened and out of 14 dys we stayed there , we only ate there 3 times due ...

„We know this Hotel since many years and were many times guests there. The rooms are simple, but the shower works good, also Aircon, there is soap, toothbrushes, etc., and clean towels. The food has improved significantly, and there is also something for the European taste. The large pool is great; you can really swim in it. For us, it is a nice meeting point to visit former sponsored children. It is close to the mall and you can also eat in the hotel.. “
