„We were so pleased with our stay in Josh and Amy’s condo. The condo is clean, the view is amazing, and it was perfectly located near everything we wanted to visit. We watched the Disney fireworks out the front door of the condo and the Universal fireworks from the private balcony. The sunrise view over Lake Bryan is breathtaking. Josh and Amy could not have been more attentive and quick to respond. Perfect stay!!!“

„I have stayed at VRBO condo's throughout the south 11 times since the beginning of the year 2023. This condo is the first unacceptable stay. Upon arriving after 7 pm on a Sunday night, we unloaded all our provisions into the refrigerator. There were no cleaning items (sponge, soap,kitchen towels, etc) for this condo. There were still wet towels hanging on a clasp behind each of the bathroom doors. The toilet paper in each were both less than half full as if no one cleaned the room thoroughly. ...

„I booked The Fountain for a week stay over the Christmas holidays and a few days into the stay, none of our key badges worked and we were locked out of the room coming back from dinner around 9pm at night with my 6 year old niece having to badly use the bathroom. The lock on our door was broken and needed reprogramming and it took over an hour for the security police to come and over ride the lock. „Condo was filthy - floors, bathrooms,comforterin bedroom had who knows what on it, walls dirty, dirty puppy pad on balcony, kitchen chairs stained, tv remotes no batteries also lamo shades no light bulbs, furnace room and air filters filthy, fans in bedroom covered in dust, turned it on dust went everywhere affecting allergies severly and of course more dirt, Floors fillthy-had to wear socks feet were filthy after 10 minutes walking in unit, shower head corroded no pressure.
