The Lakefront Lighthouse @RyeBeach is one-of-a-kind as it was was built to create a lakefront experience with a deck and patio so close to the water you feel like you're sailing on a boat. Enjoy the firepit on the patio while watching watercolor sunset views and a cup of coffee for the sunrise from the lighthouse's upper deck and patio. You will love having meals and hanging out on the first level deck and patio as you watch boats pass by. When the wind is out of the Northeast you'll experience Pacific ocean like waves crash into the sea wall.

This is a fisherman's dreamhouse as you cast your line just feet from the home and if you’re into golf The Saw Mill Creek Course by Tom Fazio is 4 minutes away.

Rye Beach Park is only 150 feet away from the Lighthouse and has 9 playground features for the kids, a basketball court, and tons of room to play frisbee, catch, and wiffleball. The property also offers access to Willow Glen Beach a 5 minute walk through neighborhood. Both of these are private parks and beaches to the neighborhood community.
