„Schon etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Kinder haben das Schwimmbad geliebt.“

„Wir haben hier 2 Nächte auf einem Roadtrip verbracht. Das Hotel gehörte früher wohl zu einer anderen Hotelkette, wovon auch noch die Schilder hängen. War also verwirrend zu finden. Wir kamen in unser Zimmer, und auf unserem Klo waren noch frische Urinflecken, wobei der Rest des Zimmer schon geputzt war und die Reiningungsfachkraft auch noch auf dem Stock zu Gange war. War echt eckelhaft.“

„We had trouble getting in to our room as the batteries in the lock were bad, then the same with our remote for the tv. Kids in the hot tub were loud and kept it busy for a good bit of our stay. The staff was was very polite, alwas greeting you at evert chance. The breakfast wasn't all that great but still filling and clean. “

„The room was so clean, much more then many other places I have stayed. The staff was friendly and the pool was very nice. It was a nice location, easy to get to GVSU and then to other places around town. “

„Wir haben das Hotel auf der Durchreise nach Chicago besucht. Von der Grüße des Zimmers waren wir überrascht und begeistert. Es ist zwar nicht nagelneu, aber insgesamt sauber. Der Pool war ausreichend groß, nur der Whirlpool hat leider nicht geblubbert. Das Frühstück war lecker und es gab genug Auswahl, der Raum war allerdings nicht besonders gemütlich. Aber alles in allem ein absolut ausreichendes, sauberes Hotel. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort übernachten!“

„Das Hotel liegt sehr abseits, nur wenige Möglichkeiten zum Essen gehen vorhanden. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, die Zimmer und der Pool sehr sauber “

„The room was amazing. The staff was so kind and helpful checking in and out. My only complaint is that the pool was very cold and dirty. We stayed for the room though not for the pool access. I would definitely stay again for that room. “

„This is a brand new hotel. They have some starting minor problems and improving every day. We had a room with two beds and kitchen. Perfect for the four of us. Some hooks for the towels in the bathroom would be perfect and a hook at the door for a jacket. We used the grill a lot and you can get the supplies you need at the reception. The staff is more than friendly and they are open for comments and advices to improve.“

„The exhaust fan in the bathroom ran 24 hours a day could not shut it off had to shut the door to the bathroom to cut the noise of it. Plus it let the cold air to come into the room all the time because the vent was forced open from the fans running all the time. “

„We liked the location and the home was clean however check in was not til 4 which is later than any property we have stayed in and out earliest. And there is an extra fee for every hour. When we requested esrly check in, we did not receive a responseand could not get instructions early eitherso by the time we could access them, we didntsignal wEarl“
