„Solid hotel, nice stay overall. What I would suggest: Keurig machine didn't work 1 out of 3 times, maybe look at that. Cleaning staff very loud, lots of shouting and loud laughing. Repair the flat board, it doesn't stay closed until you put the duvet in between. Even after hanging towels up, they were changed every time. This is a bit of waste, especially, if you tell me to hang if I want to use them again. Repair your broken weight scale for luggage. Put prices on snacks and drinks. ...

„The hotel is in a beautiful part of Jersey City, very near the Newport Path Station and within walking distance of Hoboken. The area is very well kept and felt safe. The hotel building was well kept as well, but the actual apartment we were in needs a major update. The closet doors were falling off the hinges, the drain plug in tub as completely out and broken, mini blinds were broken and the windows have no screen or mechanism to protect one from falling out. (10th floor) “
