It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay! Note: arrival info won’t be sent without completing these steps, and refunds aren’t possible if skipped. ✅ We love pets and welcome them at our property, but please note the following conditions:
✅ All pets must be declared prior to arrival and are subject to approval.
✅ While our home is pet-friendly, we reserve the right to approve or decline pet requests based on property or booking specifics.
✅ A $100 flat pet fee applies per stay and covers up to 3 pets. This fee must be paid prior to check-in.
✅ Pets must not be left unattended at the property at any time.
✅ Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, both inside and outside of the home.
✅ If a pet causes damage or requires additional cleaning, guests will be responsible for the cost of repairs or cleaning, which will vary depending on the extent of the issue.
✅ Bringing an unapproved pet may result in a $150 violation fee.
