„Excelente servicio“

„The staff is so attentive and friendly, our suite wonderful, and the ocean view amazing. From the minute we walked into Villa Premier until we left, it was special.“

„They are still in the process of remodeling and adding on. They are building a restaurant right by the pool so you could hear that construction while at the pool. Only one out of five elevators were working. The fire alarm went off everyday due to them working on the elevators. The breakfast buffet was in the sports bar due to remodeling. We will go back eventually, just going to wait two years.“

„La camarista que Nos atendio, fue ineficiente, solo se dedico a medio barrer, arreglar cama y medio trapear, nunca repuso agua, ni cremas de diario. Personal que atiende en rededor de la Alberca, solo atendían Extranjeros, mas de tres veces pidiendo servicio, fui al bar y preguntan, porqué vino señor. Lo único destacable, el servicio en el Restaurantes, La villita, Punta Sal y Gaviotas. Excelentes anfitriones sus meseros y hostest“

„Alex, Epi and Max are incredible employees. During my experience, it was to crowded and if you don't get up early finding a spot around the pool is almost impossible. The food was ok but breakfast was very disappointing.“

„Todo bien“

„La habitación grande y limpia. Solo es un poco vieja. Las albercas y la playa, exquisitas. Los restaurantes no siempre estuvieron abiertos o no tienen tanta variedad. La ubicación muy buena. Hay facil transporte desde ahi.“

„The staff was friendly and it is a great location to walk downtown. Unfortunately, they really try to push the vacation package and unless you go to the presentation to get VIP, many of the amenities are unavailable to you“

„Food variety was perfect! Room was gorgeous!“
