The hotel is located at the east end of the Malecon. A casino is part of the building. The hotel is designed as suites with kitchen furnished with microwave. sink and a fridge. Kitchewares are also provided. Cleanliness is one of my issue as the room has a lot of moldy part in floor corners. I was given a unit with a terrace right above the parking floor and along the busy main street and so it was very noisy 24 hours. The windows do not have a black out curtains and the street lights illuminate the room the whole night. the toilet and bathwoon is small and tight especially when you are sitting on the bowl. They provided two complimentary bottled water, two small soap and shampoo. Airconditioing, wi-fi and hot water are all working well. They have a safe which is quite complicated to open and closed. The area, being right in downtown area safe and where you can start your walk iin malecon. Since I didn't get a good rest due to the street lights and noise of traffic outside, I may stay in this hotel again but not choose a room facing the streets.
