„I want to commend your reception staff (Eiffel and Dex) for their willingness to help us when we needed it most. We had misplaced our phone on our way to the hotel in the bullet train. Despite not knowing the language he assisted us promptly by calling the relevant people and helped greatly with the recovery within 24 hours. I really appreciate his gesture and am thankful for his kind gesture. Because of such staff your country’s image is enhanced more. I have a more positive image of China now ...

We came by bullet train Xi a north station, we got on the no.2 metro train and got off at Xingzheng Zhong xin station, this is a really big station, we got directed to the other side of the hotel, get of the metro and exit from C5 and the hotel is about 200 metres on the right side of the City On shopping mall. „The room was simple but efficient and more than enough for a few nights. Breakfast was included and was very nice! From the hotel it takes about 10-15mins to walk to the closest metro stations and it is also possible to walk to the old town, but this takes approx. 25-45mins, depending on where you want to go. The major sights are easily reachable via metro, though.“

„Man sieht dem Hotel die 30 Jahre an; es wurde nicht viel zum zeitgemäßen Erhalt getan, aber es war sauber und hatte gute Pflegeprodukte. Es liegt wirklich abseits vom Schuss; es gibt bis auf ein gutes Hotpot Restaurant absolut nichts in der Gegend. Bis an interessante Sehenswürdigkeiten in Xi‘an sind es einige Kilometer (40min Taxifahrt). Für den Preis war das Zimmer ordentlich, aber auch alt.“

„中国のタクシーアプリDiDiで向かいましたが宿の登録の住所が道路一本違うみたいで中国語が話せないので運転手さんに宿に電話して貰ってやっとで辿り着けました。 空港近くなだけあって宿だらけですが、道路は街灯も無く夜には本当に真っ暗です。 少し歩けば便利店(コンビニ)もありますしご飯屋さんや屋台も豊富です。 宿の内容ですが写真とはだいぶ違う小さな民宿でした。 部屋の写真が明るく綺麗に撮ってあって違うのでホテルを想像して行かれると衝撃を受けると思います。 ただ、宿の方がとても親切でその人情でそれらをカバー出来ると思います。 私は宿の方が親切でこう言う宿にも泊まり慣れているので平気ですが、日本のちゃんとしたホテルに泊まり慣れてる人には少し抵抗があるかもしれません。“
