„I want to commend your reception staff (Eiffel and Dex) for their willingness to help us when we needed it most. We had misplaced our phone on our way to the hotel in the bullet train. „中国のタクシーアプリDiDiで向かいましたが宿の登録の住所が道路一本違うみたいで中国語が話せないので運転手さんに宿に電話して貰ってやっとで辿り着けました。 空港近くなだけあって宿だらけですが、道路は街灯も無く夜には本当に真っ暗です。 少し歩けば便利店(コンビニ)もありますしご飯屋さんや屋台も豊富です。 宿の内容ですが写真とはだいぶ違う小さな民宿でした。 部屋の写真が明るく綺麗に撮ってあって違うのでホテルを想像して行かれると衝撃を受けると思います。 ただ、宿の方がとても親切でその人情でそれらをカバー出来ると思います。 私は宿の方が親切でこう言う宿にも泊まり慣れているので平気ですが、日本のちゃんとしたホテルに泊まり慣れてる人には少し抵抗があるかもしれません。“

„Great hotel but not in the location it says on the map on hotels.com. We spent an hour trying to find the place and ended up spending money on cabs because we were not at all in the area we thought the hotel was located. I will say, the hotel was great and the service excellent. The breakfast was delicious. One employee spoke English and was able to arrange a car for us to the terra cotta army, and to the airport. “
