„AC broken and was only fixed after 4 days, no garbage bin in room, no iron, TV broken and only fixed after 3 days. Horrible service in general. Had to order housekeeping to clean the room, which would not be a problem in general, but they still did not clean the room on two occasions. Only the front desk staff speaks English. I expected better of a 5-star Hilton in a prime location. Breakfast was good, though. Did not try the gym or spa. “

„The hotel is close to the EXPO, the congress centre and the university, all within 10 minutes walking distance. Also the large Skymall with many shops and restaurants is close by. For visitors to these facilities I recommend the hotel since it is good value for money. The hotel itself is also a good place to stay with comfortable rooms and a good restaurant. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and plenty. “

„Staff although speaking very limited English, were extremely nice and as helpful as they could be. Room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. I actually stayed here for a total of 13 nights. Good location with lots of local amenities, there is even a bus stop right outside the hotel. If I were to return to Astana then I would definitely stay here again. “
