„Das Zimmer das ich gebucht hatte war mit einem Doppelbett, sowie ich es auch letztes Mal hatte. Bekommen habe ich zwei Einzelbetten. Über mir wohnte scheinbar eine Elefanten-Familie zumindest den Geräuschen nach zu urteilen. Die Klimaanlage hing runter. Der Lüfter im WC war sehr dreckig und die Geräusche von dem Teil waren krass. Der Tisch war sehr dreckig. Zimmerservice fand überhaupt nicht statt. So etwas hatte ich noch nie!!! “

„The conditioning shampoo was not great. It left my hair VERY frizzy. I talked to the front desk, and Alma couldn’t find any small samples of conditioner so she sent someone to buy me conditioner! That is a level of service that is non existent in today’s world. Alma went above and beyond to fix an issue that she didn’t have to.
