"Das Zimmer ist eine große Studiowohnung mit kompletter Küche. Die Lage ist perfekt, um einen großen Teil der Stadt zu Fuß zu erkunden. Das Frühstück ist einfach, aber ok. Sehr viele Menschen drängen sich in dem Frühstücksraum, doch kann man sich die Sachen auch mit ins Zimmer nehmen. Einziger negativer Punkt: die Aufzüge reichen in den Stoßzeiten nicht, und man muss oft lange warten. Das Parken per Valet ist die einzige Option, sein Auto zu parken. Es empfiehlt sich, einen Parkplatz in einem Parkhaus in der Nähe vorgebracht zu haben, was die Kosten um über die Hälfte senkt. "

"Wir waren 5 Nächte zu Gast. Das Hotel ist sehr neu, super sauber und sehr schön gestaltet. Das Frühstück war für amerikanische Verhältnisse 1a, sehr viel Auswahl und sehr gute Qualität. Die Lage ist fantastisch und es gibt eine Rooftop Bar. Es gibt absolut nichts negatives an diesem Hotel. "

"Schönes Hotel in Chicago Downtown, mit zahlreichen Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Millenium Park und der Lake Michigan sind in wenigen Minuten fussläufig zu erreichen. Mein Zimmer war hervorragend (Grösse und Sauberkeit) und bot einen schönen Ausblick in Richtung Millenium Park. "

"Wir hatten eine supertolle Suite mit direktem Blick suf den River im 8. Stock! Von der Ankunft bis zum Check-Out lief alles wie am Schnürchen. Sehr nettes Personal, top Lage und mein absoluter Favorit bei der Hotelwahl. Einen besonderen Dank gilt dem Doorman Antonio; besser geht!"

"Zentral gelegen und zu Fuß in kurzer Zeit am River Walk, Navy Pier, Millennium Park, Old Town, … Sauber und freundliches Personal. Jederzeit würde ich das Hotel wieder buchen. "

Frühstück und Parken inklusive zu fairen Preisen. Downtown Chicago mit dem Auto innerhalb 30-50 Minuten erreichbar. Je nach Verkehrslage."

"Excellent location and excellent service, the room was always already cleaned when we've got back. We had a perfect stay in Chicago. We could reach almost everything we wanted to visit by foot and anything else we reached by one of the many trains or busses stopping nearby. One downside of the hotels location is the heavy traffic on the roads next to it, so it can be quite loud at night, but I would say the noise is nothing out of the ordinary if you are used to living in a busy city"

"Man wohnt in einem großen historischen Hotel mit viel altem Charme. Die Zimmer sind groß, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht.Man Ist zu Fuß in 20 - 30 min in der Innenstadt. Verkehrstechnisch prima angeschlossen. "

"Well functioning airport shuttle and a well-equipped big gym. That’s the two positive aspects I can mention. Apart from that the hotel does not fulfill the function that people use a hotel for- get sleep when they are away from home. My room was exactly after the runway so the departing aircraft’s flew right over. Instead of using triple-glazed windows or other measures to reduce noises, they only have very old windows not protecting guests from the noise at all. I don’t now how often I woke up from departing airplanes but I now can differentiate very well the sound of narrow and wide body aircraft’s during take off 😂 Please do not give the feedback that I have ti expect this at an airport hotel. The night before I stayed at Atlanta airport in similar proximity to the airport and they had well isolated window systems reducing the noise to maybe 25% of the level of the Hyatt Regency at O’Hare airport."
