This townhouse retains a more lived in vibe. We are located DIRECTLY across the street from the Symes. Please do not throw a party.

Come stay off the beaten path.

Your duplex is a cozy one bedroom outfitted with a new Tuft & Needle queen bed, (we know you'll love it!) soft cozy sheets, flannels in the winter. Your kitchen is a full kitchen, NO dishwasher, and provides all you'll need to make a delicious home cooked meal. You are welcome to anything in cabinets, fridge, or freezer. Fresh coffee beans are provided. The living room is comfortable, with a table for meals or games. A 42" TV is included with a Roku and Netflix Subscription.

Afternoons: the gardener will be there at times, working on restoring our garden areas.

Our AC units come out for the Winter 9/15 and go in by the end of June.

Hot Springs is located in the beautiful Little Bitterroot Valley in Sanders County Montana, 75 miles north of Missoula, about the same from Kalispell, only south and 30 miles from Flathead Lake. The terrain is considered "semi-arid", we have the most "Sundays" of any county in Montana. The town of Hot Springs resides upon the Flathead-Salish Indian Reservation, a sovereign Nation. Vestiges of the old ways of life are everywhere.
This is thee best LOCATION in town. We are located DIRECTLY across the street from The Symes mineral springs, 3 blocks from Rose's Plunge at the Rec. Center and about 5 blocks from Big Medicine. There's a map for you at the house.
The mineral springs in our town are world famous for their healing qualities, we are privileged to live here. Folks have been coming here for over 100 years to soak in these healing waters. "Limp in and Leap out" is our. There is also a gas grill in the back yard for your use.

Bathrobes, towels & linens are of course, gladly provided.
Our place is ready for you to come, relax and unwind.
We rent by the day, week or month.

Hot Springs REALLY is off the beaten track.

Please pull in straight, in front of your unit, slightly to the right in front of the window. Please do not park right in front of the porch steps, Thanks!

Our guests have their own private one bedroom townhouse completely furnished. The bathroom has a full bath with tub and shower, all linens and towels are provided. Laundry is not included in this unit. Laundry facility is a block away.
We have a small fenced back yard which is shared with another guest if our next door unit is booked. Your backyard has chairs, table, gas BBQ.

There is a retractable clothesline for drying towels and suits.

PLEASE READ OUR HOUSE GUIDELINES/RULES... you are responsible for knowing them, if you have questions, ask.
Take note of our physical location before you book.

Please check our short & long term cleaning fees in our house rules and be clear before you book, ask questions. Longer stays require a more deep cleaning.

All linens, blankets, pillows etc are washed between guests. All surfaces are sanitized.
