E Komo Mai! Welcome to your home-away-from home, in paradise! This beautiful suite has everything you need to make you feel at home, plus gorgeous ocean and Diamond Head views!

This spacious 1 bedroom suite is located at the Waikiki Banyan, Tower 2. Enjoy gorgeous ocean views from the 38th floor! The suite is beautifully decorated and modern.

The suite is fully furnished and sleeps up to 4 people with king size bed in the bedroom, and a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room area.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics you need to enjoy home-cooked meals during your vacation. There is a large island counter with lots of cabinet space, and all the basic cookware and flatware to prepare and enjoy your meals. This full size modern kitchen has everything you’ll need to feel right at home: plates, glasses, silverware, full size oven/stove, full size refrigerator, microwave, rice cooker, pots and pans, etc. The large island provides ample space for both food prep and a comfortable dining area.

The bathroom has a tiled shower. For added privacy and convenience, there two separate entrances to the bathroom - from the living room and bedroom.

The living room is furnished with sofa sleeper, which pulls out into a queen size bed, and a single-seater accent chair and coffee table.

There are 2 patio chairs and a bistro table out on the lanai, so you can enjoy a cocktail or cup of coffee while you enjoy the gorgeous views.

Free High Speed Internet/Wifi provided.

Free parking pass and free private wifi are both included for your entire stay!!! Additional parking is available for $43day* (*rates subject to change).

The Waikiki Banyan Recreation Deck Construction project commences April 7 2025. The pool, jacuzzi, sauna, outdoor seating, children’s playground, snack bar/restaurant, and BBQ area will be closed during the project. Some noise is to be expected during work hours.
The project has an estimated finish date of June 30 2026
Our rates have been significantly discounted for the inconvenience of the pool and recreation deck closure.
There is a large sheltered saltwater swimming area 2 blocks away on Waikiki beach for you to enjoy while the pool is closed.

AWESOME VIEW!

This property was in a good location and within walking distance to all the shopping and restaurants.The ocean view was amazing!! This was our second time we stayed at this unit in a year.No beach chairs so bought two beach chairs last time and left them for the next occupants to use and noticed that one was broken so purchased two more beach chairs and again left them in the unit.My recommendations for this unit would be a headboard for the bed/Align all kitchen cabinet doors/level fridge/ more dish towels/need microwaveable dishes/very poor water pressure & water temperature in bathroom shower & sink/Patio door very hard to open & close.Overall a great experience but could use some minor maintenance. Would definitely stay here again.

The View!

We had a great time! This place is amazing! It was clean, it was updated and new. Linens were nice. The view was amazing!! The only downsides but definitely not deal breakers, are the shower (open glass and can’t close in completely so it’s open aired, the water pressure and also need to turn nozzle all the way hot to just get average hot water) and the elevator rides were very long, stuffy, made stops very frequently and stuffed in elevators like a sardine! But I tell you the view from this unit are seriously to die for and the comfort of the room were so great! Definitely recommend!

Great Family Getaway

Perfect location just minutes from Waikiki beach and has the best views in the building! Very close to shopping and all ammenties like restaurants, markets, bars/lounges, which is a real bonus. The unit is well equipped with most everything you need for cooking and enjoying food and drinks in. A few minor upgrades needed to make this a true 5 star but that's minor cosmetic stuff is all. We would look to stay in this unit again for our next vacation, it was fantastic!

Overall good stay

This was overall a good stay. We only had issues with dishes being dirty upon arrival, the sliding doors didn’t close off the room all the way and seemed like they could fall, and there were no blinds to cover the sliding glass doors. Other than that it was very clean, had extra towels and supplies, and was easy to navigate. The major downside to the hotel was the elevators and the renovations. The elevator was always crowded and took forever to get to each level or to arrive at all.

Dirty unit upon check

We had a number of issues upon checkin. Upon letting the property manager know, I was confronted with rude remarks and was treated like a liar. We stayed here as a party and everyone else in our party had really nice rooms. This room is so dirty and outdated it’s insane.

Great Location, Fantastic Views. Close to the beach and wirhin walking distance to all the shopping and restaurants. Have stayed multiple times in the Waikiki Banyan at different condo units but this picticular unit could use a better cleaning, maintenance on Lanai door (hard to open) bathroom sink very low water flow, shower temperature not hot enough and a few basic condiments such as salt, pepper and sugar. For the most part the condo was good.

Great view and location, clean unit

Gorgous ocean view, great location, lots of food options nearby to walk to, comfy bed and sofa sleeper with lots of pillows. There was even a crib and inflatable mattress in the closet with extra blankets as well. Underbed drawers and lots of storage, plush towels, free parking is a huge bonus. Our kids enjoyed the pool and hot tubs. The unit could use a little touching up but over all, very comfy and can't beat the view or location.

Property was in good shape overall. Only issues were non-useful beach chair on the balcony, shade on the sliding door was missing and the sliding door needs to be adjusted to operate smoother. Everything else was great outside of a few long elevator rides with many stops. I would highly recommend this property.

Lovely Unit, Excellent Location

We frequent Waikiki Banyan condos as their location is prime and they're really great units. This was no exception. Check in/out process is great, free parking, full kitchen, access to laundry machines. If pressed to provide something critical, I would say that this unit could benefit from some minor investments. Sheets were synthetic, some elements in the unit were a bit cheap, could use some touch up love as well. But, still overall, we would recommend.

Nice location!

The views were amazing and the location is perfect. The condo wasn’t super clean though as the floors were dirty and the rugs weren’t vacuumed well and felt grubby. Some of the towels were stiff (like they were hung up wet). One of the drawers in the bedroom had a white sticky substance that I could not wipe clean. Only one adult beach chair provided but not a big deal since we didn’t plan to use them. Found damage throughout the condo and made sure to advise management so we weren’t charged for it. They offered to have a cleaner and repair person come but since there was no safe and I didn’t plan to take my wallet nor electronics to the beach I declined and just cleaned the floors myself (huge vacuum takes up most of the bedroom closet space) No closet space to put away luggage or clothes (only 4 hangers). They give you a very basic starter pack. Some soap, a sponge and hand soap. Don’t expect salt, pepper, or even a starter pack of coffee like you see with other condos. Lots of appliances, dishes, utensils, etc. you just have to search for them in the cabinets. No empty drawers or cabinets in the kitchen to put any food you buy away so the non-refrigerated stuff had to sit out on the counter. Parking was super easy EXCEPT since check out is at 11am, we left at 10:45 and it took us an hour to get out of the garage. Plan for that! We told management we were leaving at 10;50ish but had a cleaning lady knocking on our door at 9am. Still overall a nice experience.

Waikiki Condo

We had a fantastic stay. The location was great only 2 blocks from the beach! The view is spectacular. Very walkable location. The condo was perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults 2 kids) the condo had everything we needed. The decor is really pretty and well kept. The place was very clean. Parking was nice. Only cons were the beach chairs and umbrella were old and broken and the boogie boards were flimsy so we skipped using those and rented some at the beach. It would have been nice to have those to take to the beach. Also, according to my almost 13 year old the fold out bed wasn’t super comfortable. I laid on it once and thought it was good enough but I’m not sure it would be super comfortable for an adult. Overall we liked the condo and would stay again.

This property is perfectly located! Top (38th) floor. Just a few minute walk to the beach. Pros: -End unit so you get windows on 2 walls in bedroom with amazing views. Light and bright. -Top floor so no one above you is making noise. We never heard our neighbors- really quiet. -Close to elevator so not a long walk but far enough away you don't get noise from the elevator. -AC works great -Bed is very comfortable -Free parking with condo, which is $30/day for others -Contemporary furnished Cons: -It was so basically stocked: Had 2 beach chairs, one of which the arms were broken off. Had one umbrella which was completely destroyed. We almost put out an eye when we tried to open it and a stick popped out and cut my husband's face. Could also use a cooler. - was disappointed in the kitchen stock as well. I have never stayed any place that has NO kitchen spices, not even salt or pepper. No tupperware to bring food to the beach, apple peeler, spoon to mix things (spatula) or beaters. -Pool was closed the whole time we were there. We got an email the day before we left (and I had booked about 6 months prior) that the pool was going to be closed for cleaning. VERY disppointed with that. If I had known the pool was closed, we would have picked somewhere else to stay. So future vacationers, it was closed for cleaning May 7-17 ish. It is a great place to stay, and if they add some more kitchen and beach items, and the pool is open it would be the perfect place to stay!

Amazing!!!!

Loved, loved, loved my stay in this unit! The view is incredible! Unit was clean and well equipt! Location is fabulous; no need for a car. Property managers were great with communication and instructions for check in/check out. Elevators are a little slow but the view makes it worth the wait! I will definitely be back!!! Mahalo! Mahalo!
