The Space:

Soft trade winds drift across the lanai as the light shifts over the ocean and Diamond Head in the distance. From your perch high above Waikiki, you can watch the city move at its own unhurried rhythm while enjoying open views of the mountains and coastline. Indoors and out, the space feels connected to Honolulu’s easy, tropical climate.



Sleeping arrangements

This 30th-floor condo sleeps up to 4 guests and features 1 bedroom, 3 beds, and 1 bath. The bedroom is separated from the living area by a sliding door and includes one queen-size bed and one full-size bed. A pull-out sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping space. The full bathroom with a bathtub and shower combination is accessed through the bedroom.

Great Property and Hospitality

The property is exactly as described and detailed in photos. Very clean and spacious property, while being walking distance to everything in Waikīkī. Host is very hospitable and has excellent communication available 24/7. Check-in and Check-out instructions are clear and easy to follow. House rules are reasonable. We discovered the iron was broken so I contacted them, and they had it replaced immediately. I would definitely recommend this property and host to others, as well as book with this host for future trips.

Our family of three settled right in to this lovely apartment. I had no issues except a broken dresser drawer, making two drawers unusable and beach towels and extra towels in other drawers... I ended up living out of my suitcase more than I like. We could have used more hangers actually. It was tight on space for ourselves and suitcases but overall, with the lovely view, couch, table with four chairs- all was good. We enjoyed proximity to the ocean and walked everywhere, not needing a car and taking uber or city bus when needed.

Look no further!

3 words. Location, view and parking!!! Block from Waikiki beach and the tourist area. But towards the end so it’s more quiet and easier access to the highway ( good for your trips around the island). Amenities are great pool, Jacuzzi, laundry are a plus. The condo itself has an amazing view of Diamondhead. And it’s very clean. The A/C is nice and cold. Communication with owner is great. Plenty of fast elevators. The FREE Parking is a plus-plus especially if you plan to rent a car. I DEFINITELY Would like to stay here again next time. Check in and out was easy. The only issue if anything was lack of outlets. But other wise this place is a GEM !!

Emergency alarms

Twice during our week, the emergency alarm went off and directed people to evacuate. Handicapped people were told to use the handicapped emergency evacuation plan. My wife is handicapped and we only got down four floors before all clear was announced. Neither the notebook or back of the door make any reference to the special plan. I’m not sure what we would have done trying to go down 30 floors if it was a real emergency.

Absolutely wonderful!

Our family absolutely enjoyed our stay here! It is the perfect location in Waikiki - close enough to restaurants and shops, yet just far enough where it's not too crowded or loud. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels provided, AC kept us cool, shower pressure was impressive, check in/out were seamless, wifi was great. Oh, and let's not forget the view. Even with the overcast weather, the view of the water and Diamond Head - perfect. If there is one thing that could've gone better, it would've been the elevators. One of them seemed to be malfunctioning (the far right one) and we ended up waiting almost 10 mins, but this is an issue with the building, not the unit. Needless to say, the next time we're back in Oahu we'll definitely request this unit again! Thank you Midway!

Fantastic Place for our Family

Just got back from a12-night stay in this suite at the Waikiki Banyon. We opted against staying in a hotel because with two picky kids, we wanted to be able to make our own meals. The building is a bit dated, sure, but it had everything we needed: free wi-fi, free parking, and the kids LOVED the pool and the little koi pond. The mini mart on the main level is super handy and carries small packs of coffee filters, mini bottles of dish soap, small bottles of laundry detergent, etc. No need to buy full-sized items if you're only there for a couple of weeks. The beds were comfy and the shower was great! And of course THE VIEW - that view was worth every penny. If I were to make some suggestions, I would say that a drying rack with clothes pins would be handy to have in the suite. Some days, the wind was so strong, we couldn't leave our towels and bathing suits out on the lanai to dry without them blowing away! Another thing - and this might not be important to most, but I noticed that some furniture and decor items that were in the photos were not in the suite (the bright coral throw cushions weren't there, and the dresser was different). I understand that they may have been used for staging only, but I make my decisions from the photos. Overall, this was a perfect place to stay for our family and we would rent it again if we ever return to Oahu!

AMAZING UNIT AND BREATHTAKING VIEW

The condo is everything we can ask for! Christian and his team were very responsive and friendly ! The unit was very spacious for our family of 4 and very clean! I love how they provide us extra towels, toilet paper, and just every little things is prepared for us! The location was very convenient, many restaurants, coffee shops are within walking distance. The outside building does looks outdated but the unit was spotless and very comfortable. The view is stunning and really is the best! We will try to come back again soon! Thank you and Mahalo!

Tropical Paradise

This was our very first trip to Hawaii and Waikiki was amazing! We were here for our nieces wedding. The condo was just as described. Very spacious, super clean, very comfortable, and the view of Diamond Head was breathtaking, but so was the ocean! Thank you so much for everything that was provided. We can’t wait to come back! 😊

First time in Hawaii I was able to experience and enjoy my stay.

First time on vacation with my family In Hawaii was amazing. I was able to explore and experience my trip without a hassle. The property was in excellent condition my views from the 30 floor were magical ! The property I rented was just like they advertised.. it was was walking distance to the beach and all the stores! When I come back next year I will rent it again! I highly suggest you stay at this property it’s well worth it!

Great location with great views!

Perfect location with great views to explore Waikiki. Parking garage and elevators seemed a bit busy, but condo was a great spot for our family of four.
