THE BUILDING:

As of June 2025, the building’s long-awaited elevator project is complete! The old elevators have been fully replaced with brand-new, state-of-the-art models, offering faster, smoother, and more reliable service.



HOW TO GET HERE:

From Honolulu Airport, it is just a 20-minute drive from your destination. Rent a car to explore or grab a taxi for around $45, depending on traffic. Look for signs on the way to the taxi area upon arrival. Enjoy your trip!

Check out: any time before or at 10:00 AM



Regarding early check-ins or late checkouts, we’re unable to confirm those requests at the moment. If you’d like to ensure you can either check in early or check out late, we’d suggest booking an extra night. In such cases, please reach out to Midway Vacations, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.



STARTER SUPPLIES:

We provide a welcome starter supply kit stocked with - one pack of coffee grounds, coffee filters, toilet paper, paper towel, tissue, can liners, salt & pepper, spray oil, laundry detergent, dish soap, sponge, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and bar soap. Please note that this is only a starter supply to make sure you have everything you need upon arrival.



HOUSEKEEPING:

Our professional housekeeping team has strict procedures and checklists to guarantee constant quality across all our properties. All linens and towels are professionally cleaned with scent-free detergent and high-temperature washing (180F). Our trained inspectors also check everything before each arrival.

 

The cleaning fee includes all of the services listed above and restocking for amenities after each departure. There will be an extra charge if excessive cleaning is necessary. Thank you for your understanding. 



LINENS & TOWELS:

You will receive one set of towels (bath towel, hand towel, washcloth, beach towel) per guest. Beds are equipped with a fitted sheet, two flat sheets, and a blanket. Linens for the sleeper sofa are on the sofa mattress, and pillows and blankets are in the closet.



BEACH ESSENTIALS:

We’ve got beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella ready for you in the unit so you can enjoy some fun in the sun. If you’d like a beach mat or snorkeling gear, just let us know—we’re happy to provide them upon request!



LAUNDRY ROOMS:

There are laundry rooms on each floor with coin and credit-card-operated washers and dryers. A single pack of laundry detergent is provided in your starter supply kit. There is a coin change machine next to the lobby in Tower 2. Laundry room hours are from 8 am-10 pm daily.



TRASH ROOM:

Trash rooms are located at the end of each floor, next to the emergency exit.

Great place to stay

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is in a perfect central location, just a short walk to Waikiki Beach, and very convenient for exploring the area. There are plenty of restaurants and interesting places to visit nearby, all within walking distance.The apartment is small but cozy, with everything you need for a comfortable and adorable stay. We especially enjoyed the relaxing view from the balcony a peaceful spot to unwind after a day out.The parking garage was easy to use, and we were glad to enjoy the pool for a couple of days before the renovation work started. Communication with the administrators was excellent, they were always quick, helpful, and friendly in their responses.Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a convenient and relaxing stay near Waikiki!

Stayed here for eight nights with my husband and two older teenagers. Each kid had their own bed which was great. Property was clean and big. They left us plenty of towels and even had shampoo, lotion and soap which I was not expecting. It was a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Highly recommend and would happily stay here again

Within a 15 minute walk to almost everything you would want to see in Waikiki, and getting in and out of the parking garage was very smooth. The unit was well maintained and clean and included all the supplies we needed. Highly recommend to any group of 4 but more would be tight with the single washroom.

Nice apartment located in the heart of Waikiki Beach

Great apartment with amazing views. Everything was clean and as described on the website. The only difference was the color of the couch and bed sheets which seemed to be upgraded which was a nice surprise. It was my second time staying at the Banyan Towers and will return there again. Highly recommend if you want to be close to the beach and have a free car parking.

This was an incredible spot for our family to stay, including my 8 and 10 year old kids! The location was excellent and within walking distance of every place we wanted to go. The views were spectacular, especially sunrise over Diamond Head and the ocean view from the lanai! This affordable, clean condo with parking included was a five star experience. I would definitely book here again!

We appreciated the beach chairs and cooler that was available for us to use. Very short walk to the beach and restaurants. I would stay there again.

Beautiful views in a Great Location

We loved our stay in this beautiful condo. The view was amazing and the location was perfect. Coded entry was great (never any angst about forgetting keys) and never having to wait in line to check-in or check-out was also a huge plus. Communication with management was very responsive if we did have any questions or needs. Quiet place to stay but still close to all the action of Waikiki.

Great location

This property was just a couple blocks off the main strip and a couple blocks from the beach. It was absolutely perfect! The only complaint about the property is that the elevator sometimes took a long time. However, there are 37 floors so it's understandable. The communication with the property management company was easy and fast! I would definitely book again!

Love it!

We love this place! Easy check in. Friendly staff. Beautiful views. Very clean. Just a stone's throw from the beach and shopping. Lots of hooks for wet towels and swimsuits. Beds are comfy. Looked just like photos, except view is more stunning in real life. Loved how Midway checked in constantly to make sure everything was ok. Would definitely stay here again. Mahalo

Great stay, just off Waikiki beach

Great location 2 blocks off beach and Waikiki strip. Enjoyed the view off the balcony. Very clean. Fast elevators and convenient parking. Condo exactly as described - was small for 4 people, but it worked nearly perfectly for us. Service team prompt - but charge for extra supplies ($7.50 if we needed an extra blanket and there were 4 of us! They waived fee for one blanket).

Great view

I booked because the view looked great in the pics. It did not disappoint. The place was rather clean, however, the floor could probably use a good scrub. The unit had most of what we needed. I would suggest an actual dish rag for the kitchen rather than a sponge for cleaning dishes, etc. The pics make the unit seem much more bright than it actually is. The decor is fine, but it is more dark and not well represented by the bright beautiful pics. The parking is tight, but very convenient to have while staying in Waikiki. The coffee shop downstairs is lovely and a nice perk! I will consider staying here next time I’m in town.

Perfect location!

My Mom, my daughter and myself took a girls trip to Oahu. Our stay was very comfortable and we were glad to have the space, especially the kitchen. The view was gorgeous, the pool was heated and my daughter loved it. The location was the best part!! So close to everything and easy to get around. The beach is a block away. One night we walked down and watched the Hawaiian dancers right by the beach. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and the host was so accommodating to all of our questions and asks. Definitely recommend this condo!

Nicely appointed, extremely clean condo with beautiful views just over a block from Waikiki beach. Communication with Midway Vacations was excellent, check-in went smoothly, and they are available onsite in case you need anything during work hours.

Bright, comfortable and well stocked

This was a really comfortable apartment. The balcony was big with a terrific view. Comfy beds with loads of pillows. Piles of towels, a well stocked kitchen. We really liked staying here. The street noise is a bit high so we had to keep the windows closed at night.

Gorgeous view, prime location

We would stay here again in a heart beat - was a little on the expensive side, but the view was amazing and location super central just a couple blocks from the downtown strip and beach. We also enjoyed use of the pool and hot tubs. Only wish we could have stayed longer!
