GUEST VERIFICATION REQUIREMENT: As required by the condo association to register all travelers, we need to verify all adult guests ahead of the stay & immediately after booking confirmation. As part of the verification process, all adult guests in your party must agree & acknowledge that you will be required to provide copy of government issued ID, contact number, email, flight details & e-sign a rental agreement prior to arrival and check-in.

CHECK-IN: In the Spirit of Aloha, our local Island Host will personally meet and greet you upon your arrival in the condo lobby and check you in.

ON-SITE VALET PARKING: Guests directly pay the on-site Valet Parking $45/day with multiple in-out privileges. Parking attendants are available 24/7. No parking comes with this rental. All condo unit owners at the Ilikai do not own parking stalls.

BEACH GEARS: Beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, sand toys, coolers are provided along with a beach wagon to transport all your beach amenities.

VRBO TRAVEL INSURANCE: We strongly advise our travelers to accept the VRBO Travel Insurance which is being offered together when you book your accommodation. Due to unforeseen emergencies, including medical, personal, flight cancellation or any other issues, you may need to cancel your reservation. We firmly insist that you obtain a Travel Insurance Plan, as we are committed to VRBO cancellation policy.

LAUNDRY FACILITY: Paid washers & dryers are located on every floor. The washers, dryers, detergent vending machine accept credit card payments only. The condo association does not allow washer & dryer installed in the condo unit.

PARTY EVENTS NOT PERMITTED: This suite does not permit to convene parties or similar events for that purpose. If you are planning a party, do not book this suite.

SMOKING STRICTLY PROHIBITED & will result in loss of security deposit. Hawaii State Law and Ilikai Condo Association By-Laws prohibit smoking in the condo & on balcony. Instant penalty of $250 for smoking on condo premise. Smoking section is provided on the south side walkway of the main pool.

NO MAIL SERVICE: This is a full-time vacation rental. There is no mail delivery & you won't receive your mail & packages.

24-HOUR ON-SITE GYM FACILITY: Gym is owned by the hotel operators. All the Ilikai private condo owners and their guests can access the gym and pay per use. Daily rate is $8, weekly is $50, monthly is $150. There are 2 other gyms nearby: 1. Planet Fitness is located behind Ala Moana Mall. 2. 24-Hour Gym Club #540 located on 1680 Kapiolani Blvd. Both gyms are within 10 minutes walk.

HOUSEKEEPING/CLEANING SERVICE: As a standard operating practice, all Hawaii vacation rentals do not have daily housekeeping service. Daily cleaning & housekeeping, towel & sheet changes are not available during your stay. The one-time cleaning fee is to pay the cleaning company to service the unit after your stay. Mid-stay cleaning, which includes fresh sheets & towels, is available for a fee through a third party cleaning company.

INFORMATION REGARDING TODDLERS AND CHILDREN: Our bedding furnishings & casual dinning area with high bar stools are not designed for toddlers & children. We will refer you to a crib & highchair rental company. The balconies, with railings that are 6 inches apart, are not recommended for toddlers & children. Keep toddlers & children away from the balconies. Keep balcony doors locked at all times.

Beautiful view! The host was so welcoming and made sure we knew how everything in the condo worked. The space is comfortable and we were happy with the location, furnishings, and the rest of the building. Parking in the garage or at the marina was nearby and convenient. We tried the coffee shop and restaurants on site and liked what we had. The ocean view is the best part! We sat on the balcony every morning and evening to enjoy it. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby for food and other needs. I recommend this listing!

Owner communication and check-in were excellent. Our host met us at Ilikai and gave us a tour. Kitchen is well stocked. Supplies of soap, garbage bags, paper towels, and tp are more than adequate for one week stay. We used the valet for parking and had no issues but around checkout time everyday it can take 15 minutes to retrieve car. Good view of lagoon from lanai but Friday fireworks view is obstructed by Hilton. Air conditioning worked well. Within walking distance of large shopping center and restaurants.

Party of 6 (15,14,7&1) and two adults. Great place to stay! Hosts have thought of everything! Beach goodies to take to the beach! So you don’t have to bring anything. They set up an extra bed to accommodate all of us. The amount of detail they put into letting us know about the property and what is going on around the property was fantastic. 10/10 for us. Location was amazing. View was absolutely gorgeous. Jo Ann was our island host and we loved her! We would message her and she would reply super quick with all details needed. Made great family memories. This was my favorite vacation

Great Location

We really appreciated the above and beyond attention from the owners and managers. There was a lot of upfront paperwork but overall we understood why. They care a lot about their property and that is understandable. The unit itself has an amazing view and the unit is clearly very cared for and loved. We weren't prepared for the louvered room separation but we got used to it and found it unique and memorable in the end. Our only downside was the hallway was in disrepair which was a little off putting, but I'm sure the building is going to address those issues. The unit had beach supplies which was really thoughtful. And the brief walk to Magic Island and nice walkable paths around the harbor were really nice. Overall, very good stay.

Great property

Walking distance to much of Waikiki without all the noise. Close to Ala Moana mall as well. Clean, well decorated, close to the beach and had the best customer service. Was leery of putting so much down but all transactions and communications were excellent and top-notch. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Luxury stay at one of the best!

The check in process was seamless our host was very accommodating and took their time showing us around the condo and explaining everything. Space was upscale and clean, view was excellent from the balcony. Valet parking was extremely convenient, beach chairs & gear was a super nice perk. All and all it was everything I could have expected and asked for. I give them a 10/10! Great job, I really enjoyed my stay.

Great condo at the great location

We have just returned from 9 day vacation in Hawaii. We stayed at this property and really enjoyed it. The location is amazing, walking distance to restaurants, cafes and beautiful lagoon and ocean views outside. Check in process was very quick and efficient, 2 boxes of chocolate and 2 bottles of water were there for us to enjoy. The kitchen was well stocked with every utensil you can possibly need. There was also a wagon, sand toys, chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards available for us to use. Washer and dryer were available down the hall from a unit for $3 per cycle. We rented a car, used valet service for $45/day. There are two heated swimming pools (towels provided) outside for guests to use, we enjoyed them. We did find sleeping accommodations a little uncomfortable due to a size of our party; it was six of us: mom, dad, grandma, two teenage girls and a 3-year old boy. One of our girls had to sleep on a leather single convertible bed but mattress wouldn’t stay on top of that bed, she woke up with her mattress on the floor every day due to leather being slippery. Our second girl slept on the rollaway bed (that we had to fit in the second bedroom), she didn’t complain about her bed though. Our grandma slept on the queen bed in the second bedroom; and our 3-year old slept on a king with us. Family of 4-5 will fit a lot better in the condo. We did make it work though. The hosts were very attentive to our needs, gave us complimentary late check out. Great trip! Mahalo!

Great Unit(s)…Minor Suggestions

Four of us arrived from Canada in the later evening & were unable to meet with the host. But the self checkin process was simple & smooth. Our 1st impression upon entering, was how much smaller the unit looked in person than online (not unusual). The units were well appointed & we really appreciated all the beach gear included…a money saver in Waikiki for sure. The downside of our stay was that most of the elevators were not working! We felt we spent a lot of our precious vacation time waiting on elevators. This wasn’t rectified in the week of our stay. My humble suggestion to the owner of the unit, would be to supply some basics for late arrivals such as us…some coffee, creamer, etc. for the first morning. Having to get dressed & look for coffee on the 1st morning is not desirable. Also, in the promo pics it shows wine & fruit on the kitchen peninsula. Though we appreciated the water & chocolates, I feel the unit & its paying customers warrants something a little more elevated. Those things aside, the unit was very nice & comfortable & we enjoyed our stay very much.

Loved it

The property was beautiful, tranquil and peaceful with excellent views of the ocean. The interior was top notch and included two separate balconies with upgraded interior furnishings and hosts are attentive and responded quickly when I inquired about TV operation. I would definitely stay again and would recommend to others as it is very central to restaurants and easily walkable to the beach.

We had a very nice stay!

Property as described. Very clean. Smooth check-in. Nice extras such as beach towels, beach chairs, and beach cart. Checkout was equally smooth. You are not expected to partially clean the place like other VRBOs before you leave. The toilet was running intermittently when we got in, and was fixed by the next day. The space was a little tight for our family of 4, but had everything we needed. Nice location in Waikiki, we walked to many restaurants and shopping. The Hilton Hawaiian village next door was a welcome surprise with quite a few good restaurants. The view of the ocean is pretty good. We had fireworks in front of us 3 of the 7 nights we were there. Overall a very good experience and would rent again if we are ever back in Honolulu.

Absolutely perfect condo

From the minute I booked this condo I was nervous that it was too good to be true. However it was exactly as the pictures appear, if not better! The use of a wagon and chairs was amazing! I was a bit nervous about how small the pools appeared, but we were never too crowded. The communication and check in process was wonderful! In addition the email with the great sites was extremely helpful and we went to many places using those handouts! I would highly recommend of staying at Ilikai to go to Safeway for groceries. Walmart was awful. No meat/deli section. Very small selection of produce or anything else for that matter. The condo had plenty of everything you may need to cook. The beds were comfortable and the showers were heaven! Beautiful view from the balconies! I would highly recommend this unit!!
