„Der Shuttle Bus vom Hotel zum Flughafen (weshalb ich dieses Hotel überhaupt gebucht hatte) hat mich zuerst übersehen und stehen gelassen, da er an der vorgesehenen Haltestelle nicht einmal anhielt, so dass ich weitere 20 Minuten warten musste. Für einen "Early Checkin" (um 10 Uhr morgens) wurde 75 Dollar verlangt.
Das Hotel hat schließlich den Zimmerpreis, den ich über Expedia bereits bezahlt hatte, noch einmal abgebucht und reagierte auf meine nachträgliche Reklamation überhaupt nicht.
